Worker's are nice enough, and it's clean. But I waited over an hour past my appointment time for Dr. Besold while she catered to ONE other patient. Not many, there wasn't a crowded office. One patient. Ridiculous. Very poor time management here. There's nothing wrong with taking some extra time to help patients, happens, but you've got to respect everyone else too while you do it. An hour is too much.. Not everyone needs a long visit and you turn what could be a 10 minute appointment into an hour and ten minute appointment. My wife and I will be switching over to IU Health. More locations and a much more respectful service. This specific doctor has a history of being late. Look somewhere else.

My significant other and I have been treated with nothing but respect and a smiling face, so these older reviews must have been with people who no longer work there. The Cancer Center is the portion we had to deal with mostly and they went above and beyond our expectations to be honest.

The nurse who came in and checked my sons vitals was not nice at all. We had to wait a really long time. We will never come back here again. I would think if you are in the medical field you are suppose to be caring and kind but I guess not here The nurses were completely rude.
