Perspective clients should be told of the requirements to achieve the Lifetime Maintenance Program and the need for additional paid sessions when goals are not met before the end of the program. I believe other weight loss programs are more effective at less cost. I cannot recommend Awaken 180 to others.

I just had another great meeting with the staff at Auburn Awaken 180. I’m in my 23rd week and now down 40 lbs. I have tried every program out there to lose weight but only Awaken 180 has worked! The staff and program at Awaken 180 in Auburn is second to none. I have tried and been successful at other weight loss programs losing weight only to regain it when the program was over. Awaken 180 and its staff separates itself from the other programs with the maintenance and support after the weight loss phase is completed. After discussing with my doctor after back surgery he said it would be helpful if I lost some weight. I tried this program and the results are amazing. I’ve lost about 45lbs and am off insulin and two of my diabetes medicines. The people in the Auburn location are great very welcoming and friendly especially Chris.
