This alleged dermatologist told me he knew exactly what was wrong with me within the first 15 seconds of our interview. He did not ask any questions about the history of my skin problem, but told me I was doing it to myself. I disagree. My appointment lasted under 60 seconds and I really want my money back. This Dr is too smart for his own good. He thinks he can determine what’s wrong with a glance makes me sick to my stomach.

As a patient for over 10 years I refuse to visit this office ever again. I began going to Dr.Held when he was local to my work place in Westford. I decided to stay with him when he was no longer in Westford and now in Groton. I live almost an hour away... I missed an appointment and because i didn't call when my daughter came suddenly ill with the stomach virus i was billed $80.00. The doctor refused to excuse the bill. A doctor that cares more about money than health is not a doctor I want to see again. Save your money and time. Leominster or Westford are far better.. I stopped going to Leominster based a couple bad experiences (extremely long wait) but at least i wasn't robbed after losing a day of work. Dr.Held is inconsiderate and cares for more his pocket than his patients.

Just know he will refuse to see you in office if you are not vaccinated. I guess some people are unaware you can still GET and GIVE covid to people even if your fully vaccinated. The vaccination does not make you invincible to covid. So that’s fine to let vaccinated people in your office because apparently there’s no chance whatsoever they can get anyone else sick. I find that very hard to believe. Very unfortunate I to have to go find another dermatologist.

He is ok, a little quirky, tipping point was when he was a rude to my son for stopping his long term antibiotics. Which weren't working anyway, told him he was non-compliant and told my wife and himself to leave. He has treated all of my kids and myself. Now we're done.

Dr. Held is a highly qualified doctor, however, his practice of sending a No Show invoice is ridiculous. I hope he donates the no show fees to a worthy cause.

Dr. Held has been very good to me. He gets right to the point. He's honest and fair. I think he a nice guy. His staff is really efficient too. I only go to him for Dermatology.

I've been going to see Dr held since 2002, when I was 18, with a very mild case of psoriasis. I'm now 32, with a severe case of psoriatic arthritis, and he's been helping me every step of the way. Always giving me suggestions on next treatment options and optimistic, when I was doubtful. I appreciate everything him and his staff have done to help me throughout the years!! They're great!!!
