It's been several months now since I first stepped into Ayla Wellness, and it's probably taken this much time to fully realize just how much Dr. Jubran Dakwar and Rebecca Schol facilitated my healing process from a series of traumatic events. They are experts in their fields, and with their calming presence, breathwork, sound healing, customized sessions and supplemental home program, I found myself fully supported in surrendering to the messiness and ebb and flow that embodies healing. So grateful for Ayla Wellness. 🙏🏽

I was having a very hard time with my anxiety and reached out to do a ketamine therapy session. This helped me tremendously in a time of need. Not only was it affordable but also went above and beyond my expectations.
You first do some breath-work, sound healing and meditation before taking the medicine. After the session I felt like a weight was lifted off of me. My nervous system could finally relax and I had the best night of sleep.

I also enjoyed the Full Moon 🌕 meditation & sound bath offering. Thank you for a nourishing evening for the soul, body, mind & spirit.

This space is truly sacred. I adore Rebecca and her classes. She has a way of connecting the mind, breath, and body in a beautiful transformative Kundalini yoga practice. I feel regenerated every time I step out of each class. Very happy with this place
