Probably the best experience I have ever had as a parent! My boy went in to have his wisdom teeth removed and some repair work for molars coming in. Every person from the phone to the Surgeon was absolutely wonderful. I had to call multiple times because I messed up the Pharmacy info, but they were genuinely kind and ready to help however they could!! Just amazing!! Thank you ALL for the wonderful experience!!! You treated us like family and that is hard to find!

Great experience at this office. Had a tooth pulled and a bone graft. Came back for the second half of the surgery and once again had a great experience. They explain everything and answered all my questions. Dr Fluckiger and his staff are amazing!

My complete experience from consultation to the extraction of my molar was professional and pleasant. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Dr. F was very thorough in explaining the process and then it was done! I received a call later in the day to check up on me. I highly recommend this practice, but I personally don’t plan to go back!

The whole office staff made me feel safe and comfortable. My anxiety was pretty bad going into the appointment but the dentist reassured me that everyone in the room was there for me, to keep me safe and comfortable. They even let my husband stay until I was asleep. I have had some pretty bad experiences at other offices that has left me terrified of the dentist, but today was a completely different story. Thank you to everyone at AZ Max Surgeons who made today's experience a positive one. Care and compassion go a long way and you definitely don't forget it ❣️

They are super great to work with! I would definitely recommend them to others! In doing so this is a rather lengthy review as I've had some pretty bad experiences at other dentists.

I had 2 wisdom teeth worked on and sometimes need more numbing when doing dental work...

I didn't have to tell him at all when something wasn't "comfortable". He was very in tune with my body language and would ask me anytime I felt a hint of discomfort before I needed to say anything and would add more.

I didn't choose the "typical" anesthesia route. They were great at working with what worked best for me, rather than trying to treat me like a "standard procedure".

I ask a lot of questions.. have the most inappropriate sense of humor... drug the process out a year...and through it all... great group of people at the white mountain office! They put up with a lot! 😆

They will also call you back fairly quickly after hours if you're having any issues or questions that aren't during regular hours.

If you're contemplating, nervous, just not sure.... just be open with them and talk about it. Chances are they can make something that works for you ..that you're comfortable with!

Thanks! Hope I don't need you again... but glad to know you're there when I will! 😆

AZ Max went above and beyond to take care of us. There was some insurance confusion, but Dr Fluckiger not only figured out a way to make it happen, he also was amazing with my daughter and her Wisdom teeth extractions. From the sweet ladies at the front desk and all their help as well, to the wonderful nurses that eased all our worries, it was a great experience. Definitely somewhere we would recommend.

I was very pleased with everyone from the person who answered the phone making my appointment, to the friendly gals who greeted me upon arrival. Then Dr. Fluckiger and and his assistants were very informative and knowledgable. The imaging department was superior. The atmosphere very comfortable and relaxed.
