Nancy was awesome. I called a few minutes before closing since my mom, in hospice, needed a lift chair the next day. She helped me find the perfect chair and scheduled the delivery for next day! Thank you so much! This place is worth finding. I tried 2 other medical equipment places and they didn't even know their stock, said they would have to call me back. Nancy had it solved already! Just go here. Plus, no sales tax!

Shanna was amazing through out my entire time in needing medical supplies for my mother. Despite the rough go I am having with my mother’s insurance Shanna went above and beyond to get me the best prices for my mother and always had more than a listening ear. One of the few truly wonderful humans I came across entire my mother’s medical journey. I would highly recommend her and this company for all future needs.

The willingness to go the extra mile for us during our purchase of a mobility chair was very much appreciated. They took time to go over the pros and cons of different models and my husband was able to drive the chair in the showroom to truly get a feel for it. I have spoken to 2 people at this store.( sorry I don’t remember their names). They are helpful, polite, and professional. I bought a Whill C2 wheelchair from them about 1 1/2 years ago & am now getting an accessory for it. Highly recommend this business for your mobility needs. Very helpful with advice. Tried a scooter but bought an electric wheelchair that weighs only 28 pounds with batteries removed. Wheel chair could be used for me 5'3" and my husband 6'5". Took it to Reid Park Zoo and was able to keep up with grandkids. Could not have walked for 2 hours otherwise.

I just purchased a Pride Mobility Infinite Tranquil 2 Recliner (PLR935LT). Not exactly what I expected. The seat is great but the footrest is about 4" to short. They say the footrest already has an extension, but I'll be darned if I can find it. The Headrest adjustment is not a Headrest adjustment. It pushes my whole back foward from the middle of my back up. The Headrest doesn't come out farther than the back.The Backrest is short for me at 6' 3". I have a pillow under a towel to raise the height so it fits me. I would give this chair a 6 out of 10 rating. Not fantastic but it will do. I can figure out how to make it work.
