I came into the store in mid July with my Zoomer electric wheelchair not working. The technician spent time in the back room assessing the situation and determined it was a faulty wire. He told me it could be two or three weeks. I called after four weeks. He claimed the factory sent the wrong piece, and I was told it would be in the following Tues. A week later I called agin, and again, the wrong piece was sent. On September 13, approximately 2 months later, We brought the wire into the store after testing it on a multimeter. Technician looked at our wire, compared with the wire sent from the factory twice, and admitted the two wires were the same. We tried the new wire at home, to no success. After calling the technician, he referred us to Az Medequip- Goodyear. Ali at Az Medequip- Goodyear took the battery off the store model and put it on mine, and my chair started right up. We paid for a battery and were on our way. Two months and 15 minutes (approximately) later we have a functioning chair again. Please note, the Technician at the Peoria location never did contact me for a status update, leaving me hanging.

AZ MediQuip was able to assist me during an emergency. I was very fortunate AZ MediQuip has ostomy supplies which I desperately needed due to another supplier not sending my complete order.

AZ MediQuip has a variety of medical supplies for several different needs.

I will definitely be returning to AZ MediQuip for any medical supplies I will need in the future.

This place not only hooked me up with a wheelchair for when I wanted to do fun things (in addition to the bottom part of my crutches when they wore through) but were also so extremely kind. I’d recommend this place to anyone!
