Dear Mr. Hamm,
I’m writing this note to recognize your Scottsdale team. To say they are exceptional is an understatement. They should be an example to every retail employee in the workforce.
My first interaction with the Scottsdale team was in preparation for my parents' return from a week-long hospital stay. The transition required two key vendors: AZMediQuip and a 24-hour care provider. Of the two, AZMediQuip has provided the best service and is the easiest to engage with.
Because of Lizandro and my first impressions of him, I find excuses to visit the Scottsdale location. I’ve transacted with Arielle on several occasions. She is pleasant and very knowledgeable. Frank is also a familiar face and has helped me as well. The team's comradery and cohesiveness are impressive. I jokingly tell him that you should open a coffee bar so I can come and socialize more often.
This feedback is based on my decades-long career in Food and Beverage operations and several first-hand experiences as a customer with your team. The comments reflect your retail and in-home installation services.
Since May 18th, I’ve made several purchases, including two lift chairs, misc. medical equipment, 5-bar safety grab bars with installation, undergarments, a CPAP machine, and several other items.
Thank you for taking the time to read this note. I can’t express enough how professional and personable the Scottsdale team has been. I’ll continue to have needs that require shopping at AZMediQuip. I’m not happy about needing your store’s products, but I’m sure happy your store and the team are there!
I received an almost immediate response fro the CEO ...during the July 4th holiday. Apparently the commitment starts at the top!
