Don't even second guess! These people will take good care of your needs. They have been absolutely above the call of care, during the years I used them. I am so sad that I cannot continue to use them because I have moved out of the county. Thank you B&K for all you sincere care!

Went in this afternoon to pickup a nebulizer, as mine was going bad, not blowing as it should and horribly noisy. Doctor had sent in a new prescription, so I was all set. My daughter & I walked in. There were no workers any where. One gentleman was sitting, waiting to be helped. We stood for about 10 minutes. Finally a blonde headed lady came thru back door. Looked at us and headed for her office. We continued to wait. Finally she headed towards front desk. Never uttered one word to us, looked through file cabinet and headed back to her office. Would it been to much trouble to say, let me see if I can locate someone to help you. Or helping you is not in my job description, I will find someone who will handle it.
I left, will get a new prescription made for Health Equip and buy it from a company who does appreciate my business. B&K has lost my business for good.

I have a resident that shorted out his electric cord on his CPAP machine. His CPAP had a B@K sticker on it so I called after hours on a Saturday and left a message, I didn’t expect a call back. I did receive a call back shortly after and the lady I spoke to (Stephanie I think?) stated they did have a spare cord and that she would bring one out for my resident. Sure enough about an hour later Stephanie brought a new cord for my resident. He was so happy and he said that B@K had always taken good care of him. Just want to thank this lady for going above and beyond, I highly recommend this business!

Charges 300-400% more for CPAP replacement parts than they're worth, failed to send things to my insurance like they're supposed to, then blames me and tries to bill me over $200 for a $40 CPAP mask. They also made unauthorized and unprescribed changes to my CPAP settings without consulting with me or my doctor.

The website and doors say they are open on Saturday from 9 to 1. Needed medical supplies for my elderly mother today so went there. Thinking they were open. I understand stuff happens but a note on the door or website would be nice.

We were in Hutch for the state fair and needed some medical supplies at the hospital and they came back after-hours, opened the store for a very small sale just to be of help. We won't forget it and highly recommend them to anyone. Some types of service and caring are indeed priceless.
