We are new residents of New Hampshire and we needed help with an infestation of grubs last year. I had seen the Babin trucks landscaping in and around Milford, so I called and they came over immediately and within days the grub problem was solved. I decided to keep them on to help repair lawn and it was one of my best decisions. My lawn has never looked better and it gives me peace of mind.
Babin has our lawn on a great schedule and you should definitely hire them for quality work and dependability! Your lawn will be one less thing you have to worry about in your busy life.

I have had the same experience many others have. Tony called and scheduled an appointment with me then no call no show. I called and left a message no response. We are local too. You would think they would want satisfied customers in the town where their store is. They missed out on a lot of business as we need lots of work done. I will not be spending any money with them. Beware. There are many other Landscapers out there that are more responsive and way better.

Babin came out to do some maintenance on the sprinkler system. The two gentlemen who were here were polite and friendly. They listened to what we needed done and went above and beyond, unearthing sprinklers we hadn't even seen before in the 5 years we've been in this house! Their maintenance and repairs were impeccably performed. One suggestion: call the day of your appointment to find out where you're scheduled in the day. Then plan for them to show up a couple of hours early. Highly recommend.

I used them a few years ago to install a patio and it is sinking due to their lack of preparation of the soil. They did not compact the soil or lay down the proper base. Now that we have to rip it all up we can see their shoddy work underneath. We called to have them come take a look and they never returned our call.

There are pros and cons with any place. The pros outweigh the cons, here at Babin. It is a professional environment with a laidback family feel. If it is winter, you may get a gratis cup of hot cider and have a laugh or two near the warmth of a crackling firepit. I'm giving five stars even as someone who has been annoyed at Babin in the past. Giving them the benefit of the doubt on some minor flaws, let me just say that I think that all "issues" one may have are seasonal. If it is their busy season and they are overwhelmed with landscaping projects, I wouldn't be surprised if no one can call you back right away or if you feel slighted. It is just business. I speak from experience that if the owner was available to pat you on the back, he would.

I’ve went to the showroom to explain what I wanted then was told David would call me. Waited for a response, did not get one so I called again and all my info was taken a second time. No response.

I have never heard back and I just spoke to a neighbor who had some work done by Babin and was told he was difficult to deal with.

Grateful they don’t have any of my money as I would NEVER use them.
