Dr. Luke is not your typical chiropractor. He’s better in every way! I’ve been to the “walk-in” clinics where they throw you on a table, crack your back and you feel better instantly… until the pain comes back a few days later. Dr. Luke takes the time to do x-rays, explain the findings, and make a dedicated game plan, individualized to you! Between him and Dr. Oscar, you are in amazing hands. Easy to get in and everyone is so friendly! The front desk people are wonderful and so nice, the office is clean, the gym is amazing, they have everything you could possibly need to get, “Back to Health!”

Back to Health has been by far the best and most thorough chiropractic and specialty care I have ever received. All the staff has been amazing and truly on top on my personal care plan. I’d rate them higher than 5 stars, but unfortunately, that’s all Google has to give. Thank you to Dr Luke, Dr Oscar, Lisa and staff for being as patient, thorough, and caring as you have. My Story: I’ve had decades of pain, mostly due to a career in front of a screen and a lot of poor health choices along the way. Previous attempts to get “well” had brought me to many Doctors, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists. In the end, nothing worked, and in February of 2024 I found myself struggling to simply walk due to the pain I was suffering with. I had sworn off Chiropractors but my wife convinced me to check one out again and one of her friends worked at Back to Health so I should maybe give them a try. I was very skeptical, but also very desperate. First impressions influence the experience and the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted and blown away with the positivity and kindness from everyone there. Lisa, Linda, and Heather seemed happy to see me even though I hadn’t met them before, other people waiting seemed just as happy as well, it was a foreign feeling. I met Dr. Luke assessed me and recommended the 8 Weeks to Wellness to start me off on my journey. He helped guide me through the struggles and miss-information I had and kept me going. The first few weeks I was a mess but determined to make a change and with the encouragement from Sarah and Andrea to get me moving again, every day became easier. A part of the plan I was most skeptical of was a weekly massage. I hate massages but saw the benefit of what it brought to the wholistic approach and Chris worked out some muscles that hadn’t been functioning for likely decades. In the end it did help me, and I completed the 8 weeks, far from being fully healthy but I continue. In May I was able to hike 6 miles without even getting winded which I struggled the previous year to make the easier half of that. In June I was able to complete a 12 day, 150+ mile backpacker in NM with my son and our Boy Scout troop. Things I know I would not have been able to accomplish had it not been for Back to Health. Dr. Luke and his team are an asset to Anthem, and great advocators of Healthy Living. I am grateful to have them as a part of my journey.
