Her front office is professional in a small town and is a welcome relief. They get all of my prescriptions filled in record time. I love that I can also get same week appointments. I have always loved working with Natalie during events giving back to the community we live in here in Canyon lake and just wanted to say how proud I am that she is now our family practice provider for me and my mom. Her care is excellent her kindness and ability to put my mother at ease is pretty remarkable and rare in healthcare nowadays. I finally found someone who is very good after years of having problems with doctors and places that I went she is very good sent me to her diabetes doctor they were very good I finally for the first time in years in years in years have someone that cares and listens to you out of 100 I give them 101 they go above and beyond to help you out and get you things that you need. Anyone who is not happy with their doctors anyone who is having problems and they can’t get to the bottom of it she will help you and get to the bottom of it and send you where you need to go it is so nice to have someone like that thank you Natalie

Went in for a simple candida infection. Rather than prescribe an adult dose of oral nystatin, she insisted on ineffective baby doses combined with a series of antibiotics, one of which left me with a serious intestinal infection. After two months in her care, I was worse off than when I walked in- candida AND antibiotic induced c.dif.
