I worked with Baileys for my 88 year old mother who now needs oxygen. She needed it once she came out of rehab. The equipment is in extremely good shape. Just before the last hurricane we ordered another back up tank and they had delivered to us that day. They’ve always been responsive. I’ve never had to leave a voicemail or wait for a response. Customer service is excellent.

I am so pleased to write this review for Bailey’s Medical. They saved us from our reoccurring ordering nightmare. A nightmare which my Mom endured for nearly 6 months.

Our story - My mother (77 yrs old) was having the hardest time getting her ostomy supplies from a well known medical supply company. This company was the same company the in-home nursing company utilized, which means when she transitioned to self-care she only had to take over the actual ordering. It was her active account, with bag information, all her insurance information, order history etc. Should have been easy right? Wrong! Mom was given the runaround.. often placed in the middle of what may best be described as “finger-pointing” buck passers. My mother, wanting to be amenable, would try to jump through the hoops. She was made the go between the Doctor’s office and supply company processing//insurance department. She would call and be placed hold so they could “research what’s going on”, hold to then be transferred to a supervisor, hold receive a new set of instructions. It’s beyond my understanding how people, especially those without family to advocate, manage this system. There needs to humanity and compassion in this line of business. Often those in need of supplies are struggling, healing, or learning to navigate a new way of life. Therefore, the last thing they should be doing is worrying about having the supplies they need. NEED!

Finally fed up with the excuses, I reached out to Bailey’s Medical Supplies… who is and remains our saving grace! Placed our first order and I thought, wait it cannot be this easy… but alas it was. Jolene is our representative and I’m giving her a shout-out because she is a rock star! She went above and beyond, ensuring we had what we needed when we needed it. Calls answered and emails are addressed quickly. I imagine the entire Bailey team makes the process what it is - a well oiled machine. So what was once a dreaded must do - is now No Problem! A huge and heartfelt THANK YOU!

When my son was in the hospital they originally brought the wrong size wheelcair, which made his stay one day longer then needed. He had the chair less than a month and the rubber from one of the larger wheels came off. They set up a service appointment for 3/16/22 between 11:00 am and 6 pm at my house. No call and no show. And they say that patient care and service is their #1 priority.

I came here to Baileys because I had 2 other Medical supply Businesses at Semoran an across from ORMC that were awful in service and knowledge. I was about to give up and my Health plan referred me to Baileys. Big Big difference in those other 2 Medical Supply Stores. From the first conversation by phone with Melanie, I felt as if I had nothing to worry about. Without any resistance what so ever she assisted me in having my information sent to her and communicated with me through out the entire process. When I went to pick up my walker, the service was just as great. This business gave wonderful service and thanks to Melanie and her awesome attention to my needs, I will continue going to Baileys Medical Supply for my Medical Supply needs.
