Of the few trips I've made here in the last 10 years I can never say enough nice things. The front staff are caring and helpful. Even when the waiting room is full, the wait is never long. They treat you with care in the triage and try and get you into a room as soon as possible. My most recent trip was probably the most painful in many ways. Found out my insurance was invalid and was first turned away from urgent care or have to pay out of pocket 400$ to be seen. Went to Goldfield and was taken back quickly and treated. I applied for insurance there with staff and correspondence with the advocate located at Goldfield was quick. Jose Alvarez took his time and helped send my application in immediately. He was truly caring of my situation and helped in more ways than I could have expected. It's relieving to know there is an emergency health facility so close to home that you won't just be another number in. I wish I could remember more names of the staff I had seen but every one I encountered was amazing.

If I could give this no stars I would,
I came in for a checkup because I was nauseous (I knew I was pregnant but didn’t realize I was going to get extremely sick during it) I was NOT bleeding nor cramping when I came it, they did an ultrasound and baby was there and baby was fine. But then as I’m waiting for 5-6 hours for answers which (I wish I would’ve known I was just going through normal pregnancy stuff at the time) when they finally came into the room they did a “pelvic exam”
I’ve HAD pelvic exams before and NEVER in my life have I had a doctor PUT A TOOL inside of my cervix to check stuff. She proceeded to finish and I started to bleed BAD! So bad to the point I drenched the blankets in blood. They discharged us and said everything was fine, I went home and started to cramp and continued to bleed. So we went to a different hospital (mercy Gilbert) and sat there for an hour to find out that I was ACTIVELY miscarrying my baby. So due to malpractice at this hospital and STUPID desicions. I lost my child. And now I’m a grieving mother. I will never step foot into your hospital again. You’re a horrible hospital and I’m SO surprised you even have people coming in at all. Your doctors are rude and disrespectful and have no care for anyone but themselves, your nurses would rather be on there phones then acknowledge people when they are there seeking medical assistance. Yall need to get shut down. Malpractice at its finest

I had to visit this ER recently and was impressed with my experience. I was seen quickly and had two kind and caring nurses during my time in the ER. The doctor ordered tests quickly which were performed quickly and I received a diagnosis and was then transferred for appropriate treatment. I’m appreciative of this ER team for taking care of me.

Update: One year later, I sought care at this facility. Shamefully, I was experiencing a heart attack and your Dr. Millar diagnosed me with esophagitis. Two days post this visit, I was in grave heart failure, transported to St. Joe's for emergency surgery. You missed the mark, shamefully. Thankfully, (nearly a month later) I am home and able to share my experience - hopefully sparing someone else this life threatening experience. It was nothing short of a horrible oversight by a "medical facility".

A few days ago I visited this location and I will never go back. I was in and out in 20 min the female doctor took my pulse wrapped my ankle and gave me an ibuprofen. Never took X-rays or even felt where the injury was on my foot/ankle. Her bedside manner was disgusting! I called to complain and Julian answered the phone while I’m talking he just put me on hold . I hope banner takes care of this because it’s completely against everything you say you stand for .

I never had a bad thing to say until now. Two nights ago I went in because i was a functioning addict who has been clean for weeks and still had no energy. They tested me for covid and said I had it; and that was why I was fatigued. They found me a place in phx for detox had me transported with covid i dont think the two transport employees had a clue because they didn't have masks on; nor did I. I was dumped off on vanburen for 6hrs feeling like shit and having to take the light rail and bus to power road then had to still get back to apache junction. I called the hospital and asked if i was contagious to be told she was hanging up now. I never got an answer.

I was so so impressed when I had to seek out an ER. This little hospital had me in and out very very quickly. I had a blood clot and started having leg pain. I had also tweaked my ankle. Had an ultrasound for the clot and an X-ray on my ankle. I never had to leave my bed. Turned out it was sciatica. Thank you Banner Goldfield for taking tip top shape of me..♥️

The staff that I had today in ER was amazing. What wasn’t amazing was the family of 20 taking over the waiting area thinking they owned the place and not caring that the noise and swearing was upsetting the sick people waiting to see a dr. Such horrible behavior!
