I dont know where to start. Im not a person to leave reviews but what i witnessed today is not okay. I worked in medical care for a very long time and i know we need to have great customer service and have our PPEs on at all times. i went in to get a new hire screen. I booked an appointment and i even arrived early to my appointment. Was told the wait will be 2-3 hours and i could not leave or i will be rescheduled. Luckily they rotated and the woman up front was able to get me in faster. They were backed up and was told they had a crazy morning and i understood but as soon as they got me in. They never communicated within themselves that i had already did paperwork at the front to speed up my process and did everything all over again. Not the MA OR Nurse introduced themselves or explain what they were doing. Just rushed in and rushed out. I was very confused on what i had to do, i had to ask so many questions to see what i was getting done. Every time the MA or Nurse came in contact with me they never wore gloves. The only one who wore a glove was the MA but just for one hand. She was touching my blood sample with her hand with no glove. She poked me and even palpated me with no gloves. Nurse gave me a swab with no gloves and put it in vial once again with no gloves. That sample was contaminated. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. once the nurse was done all she said was, "she will be back in with your papers" and just left. Didnt even tell me i was done. I would never come back here again and I DONT RECOMMEND. I wish i would had read these reviews before i even made my appointment.

To begin with I don’t recommend you come here if your gonna get a DOT physical they take forever and Doctor Lauren is very uncooperative, she DISQUALIFIED my DOT physical because she told me to go get some papers to get me cleared so I called to get them send out the paper work but it turned out I had to go in person because I need to show my ID to get the medical records I needed so I let them know I needed to go get my papers to get cleared in person because I needed to show my ID so I left and they tried to call me back but for some reason they had the wrong number. So I came back the next day with the paper work I needed in hand and they told me I was disqualified because I left. This was a big inconvenience because it’s now on my record that I had a DOT physical disqualified and the company that is trying to hire me thinks I’m being sketchy because of something that wasn’t my fault. So if your coming here to get a DOT physical Don’t just go to concentra or something where they actually help and look out for us truck drivers!

I should have read the other reviews before making my appointment. The clinic is too small and understaffed for the volume of patients they take in. They should not be running consistently an hour behind like others have said. My appointment was for 3:15 for a standard pre employment drug screening and wasn't called back until after 4:15.

Zero stars if i could. The women dont know what they are doing. They also had a student from carrington college give me all my vaccines and she missed one so i had to go back after they delayed my start date because they messed up on all my vaccines. Lazy women work here dont come here i rather drive to a fatther facility than this place.

Went here for a work related injury and when I called back the next day because I was in pain, needed an updated note and wanted doctor to read xrays. I was told by young lady who answered that I would need to come back in to be seen by physician on duty because nurse the day before was off. I told the young lady that this did not make sense as it had been less than 24 hours since I was last seen. The young lady said she would pass it on to the doctor on duty, this was 10 am and I never got called back.
I called back on Monday morning and the receptionist said she passed it on to her supervisor but also said the nurse that saw me on Thursday was in and I could talk to him. I spoke with the nurse who said that he told me all that he could do for me on the day I saw him, he than said that I was rude with the receptionist on Friday. I told him if being rude was asking questions and saying why I needed to tell them what was going on. He continued to tell me he had prescribed pain medication, muscle relaxer and gave me a shot. He said he called it into my pharmacy, but on my visit with him I was never asked what pharmacy I worked with. I was initially given a shot and given the muscle relaxers, but that was it. Long weekend of pain, but was explained that if it was serious xrays someone would have called me back. He began to lecture me on controlled drugs for pain, but when I asked him to check what pharmacy they called the pain meds into, he told me it was to late and did not have my file in front of him to tell me what pharmacy it went to. I told him I wasn't into abusing drugs because of my profession and he explained his career and that I was being condescending. This all occurred because I needed more assistance. I asked what I needed to do to transfer my files to Thunderbird Banner Occ Health.

Went there to get a dot physical for a future employer and I summited and did what I was as to do I sent in the doctor clearance letters and cpap report and Jeffery Paul still refuses to sign my dot certification and I am in compliance and he refuses to sign it and is completely rude every time when I talk to him I am reporting him to the fmcsa department for his conduct. In the dot regulations it states that if the doctor that is treating me gives the clearance and that there is no restrictions or limitations that I am able to be certified he is not obeying the regulations. I want a management person to call me asap

I will never return to this location after my "care" on March 26th. I was in a car accident (not major thank god) and came here to be looked at afterwards. In massive amounts of pain, I had to sit there fill out paperwork with my injured arm. The ladies behind the desk had absolutely no compassion at all. They asked if I had a police report. I called my bf to see if the police had shown up in between the time I left and got to urgent care, but unfortunately no luck. These women looked me dead in the eyes and told me there was no option other than to pay 120 dollars since I didn't have the police report. I gave them my insurance card and they could have gotten the information from me later. I went through an extremely traumatic experience and was still shaking when I arrived. The absolute least I expected was some form of care or compassion. This urgent care is a joke. I will never, ever make the mistake of going here for treatment again.

First off I’d like for people to take into consideration that many of these low star ratings should have not been left on this clinic reviews. Some reviews were regarding hospital stays or experiences within a Banner Hospital: this is not the hospital.

I’ve been to Banner Occupational many times for employment reasons and have never had a Negative experience. Some days I’ve waited a little longer than others, but it is absolutely nothing compared to terrible experiences I’ve had with other healthcare organizations.

My most recent experience at this particular facility was July 24th. I have a 12:30p appt and checked in at 12pm. Upon arriving the front office informed me that they were running about 1hr behind and apologized. She gave me the option to wait or reschedule: I decided to wait. They called me back before the 1hr and were fast and efficient. The Nurse was friendly and the blood draw hardly hurt. She’s explained that results may take up to 5days for them to receive it, but that I was welcome to contact Sonora Lab within 3days to obtain the results myself. She even provided me an instruction form that explained it all. The office was clean and cool temperature. Due to COVID there was only 6 patients allowed in the waiting room.

The staff said goodbye as I walked out. I will certainly return for additional services.
