John & Chris are absolutely amazing. I love the 1:1 attention they provide. Since coming to this location after ACL surgery, my strength has significantly improved. The exercises Chris creates are tailored to improve strength little by little. Before you know it, your further along than you thought. Absolutely amazing overall and I would definitely recommend 10/10.

Ever since I came here with you it’s been unbelievable what you have done with me and all the fancy exercises and tremendous improvements so it’s been a fantastic help compared to what I had two years ago with the other physical therapist. Don’t acknowledge people’s needs when they are hurt and wanting to get back to there normal spot in life. They push people way over there limits and at times make people start at square one again. Therapist should be paired up to people that understand their needs not what they think is right

I am writing a review but more of a thank you note. As a parent when your child is hurt all you want to do is take the pain away. When you can't do this, you feel like your world has fallen apart and empty. Why am I explaining this, Because this team here at the Ahwatukee location put my child back together. My son suffered a lot and he fought everyday but was only able to do that because of his team. I can't tell you how grateful I am for John and Chris. Thank you so much for everything, Thank you for teaching my son to fight and giving him that mental and emotional support to get through this. I know this is not your "normal" review, but this team really helped my son after a terrible accident. I never thought he would be the same but after 5 months I am starting to see that happy child again. He still has a few more months of therapy but I know he will be 100% back to normal soon. I would like to finish by saying that the paperwork and insurance process was very easy. Yasenia at the front desk explains everything step by step and helps explain what's covered and what's not and of course what to expect so there are no surprises.

I am incredibly grateful that I ended up at Banner Physical Therapy! Chris set up goals and a plan for my recovery, explaining how each exercise would help my hip issues and why they were important. He was patient with my many questions, and encouraged me along the way. When I worked with John, he was equally patient and helpful. After four weeks, I am amazed at the difference and I can't thank them enough. I feel hope again that I can continue hiking and having an active life for many years!
