I've always had good service at Banner from start to finish. My recent visit with Clayton Andrews PA was very helpful. He is professional as well as personable, knowledgeable and a good listener. He helped me understand my audiology test results and solve some of my allergy/sinus issues. I would recommend this ENT department at Banner-University Center South Campus.

From the time I entered the South Campus of Banner with Dr. Funk it all went very well. Check-in went smoothly and the staff was very nice to deal with. Dr. Funk, (my first time, new patient), greeted me and made me feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and does listen to me and I am quite comfortable I am with the right doctor going forward.

I was in ER in Bisbee on Friday 23rd and called Banner University South Campus at near 3:00 P.M. I was immediately forwarded to Dr. Nejad's office and had an appt for Tuesday 27th. I was feeling terrible and the staff made the appointment process swift, effective and pleasant.
Upon arrival for my appt I was immediately addressed. I was called immediately to the desk and was checked in within minutes. Simple, easy it was wonderful as I was very ill and had lost almost 15lb in less than a week.
I walked back to Dr. Nejad's reception area and sat. With in 2 minutes the staff called me into his office, took vitals and sat me in a room. Dr Nejad showed up in about 5 minutes . We had a good conversation , he checked all my records and tests at Banner. Did a good exam and tried to reduce the hernia, to no avail. I had not been able to eat anything since taking the antibiotic prescribed in Bisbee. His expertise, combined with all of the great records system at Banner allowed him to make a good diagnosis, create a course of action and correct the medication. The entire process was smooth and performed flawlessly almost like a health care ballet. The level of care and competence is beyond comparison. It is definitely worth the 90 minute drive. I would put my life in these individuals hands at any time.

I came in for a primary care appointment. Dr. Amrutha Donaparthi was great. She was very respectful, knowledgeable, and spent a good deal of time with me to understand my health history and discuss future treatment. She ordered what was needed for me for proper testing and evaluation. I felt comfortable with her and trust her for future appointments.

Banner is an exceptional medical facility in Tucson AZ. Every medical dealing I have had at Banner has been higher standards then my past medical facility experiences at other places. Even surgery was a great experience. From all the doctors to the staff and care was great.

Great people! Terrible system. Spread all over Tucson, etc. High copays! Complete disconnect between Banner Health and Banner Insurance. They commonly refer you to outside providers who are not part of the Banner Insurance system.

Dr. Katalin Scherer and the doctor whose name I don't recall but who is doing their medical residency were very kind and professional. Most importantly, they made me feel that they were attentive to my medical needs. They kept me informed about the process and the medical review. Excellent doctors.

Had a gyno appointment with Dr Bullock and she is kind, considerate, gentle, patient and truly cared for my health as an individual. Check-in was fast and I went in for my appointment a few minutes early, no waiting. Clean and spacious building with nice sturdy chairs in the waiting area (even had some extra wide seats for larger people). Comprehensive visit that addressed all my questions and was able to replace my IUD same day. Medical assistant and desk staff also wonderful but that Dr Holly Bullock is really something special.
