I should start that I was brought in by the Veteran crisis team as an SI so I was seen right away (was called back before I even sat down). This and the Doctor they had on staff, which sadly I cant remember her name was AMAZING. After that it was 100% downhill. They kept me on a bed in the hallway for 11 hours and then to an empty room where i was "checked" on ever 3 or so hours. The communication from the nurses was awful and even asking for water seemed to be much for some of them. One of the bigger issue that I had was overhearing at the nurses station them going tough people phones, that were apparently locked up in a safe for keeping until the patient was moved or left. They had a case there where they had a subpoena on a criminals phone and fond some things that would be incriminating which is fine makes sense, but then they went on to accessing others. I know this because I heard them talking about things that were specifically on my phone even my emails. I WAS AN SI CASE not a damn crook I've never even been to jail or arrested hell even pulled over. The worst part was they all denied it to my face when I walked up to the desk and talked to them about it. They made my seem like I was hearing things, which I was to scared to fight because they could hold me for as long as they damn well pleased or worse. The whole team thing you guys have going on there is messed up and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone whose taken the time to read this goes somewhere else for help because this isn't it.

This place used to be very nice with fast service, but then they did some changes between 2022-2023, and since then, it's almost like a homeless camp inside. They moved the main entrance and waiting room to a tiny building on the side. Since this change, through any sickness that brought me to this Banner, I've never been admitted to the actual HOSPITAL again. And if you walk into what used to be the main entrance, some old lady treats you like dirt and won't give you directions to the new main entrance. Anyways, you won't be able to see a doctor for about 8-12 hours, if that. I couldn't even get any professional care... Nobody could. There were people writhing in pain with broken bones who couldn't be seen. It is very odd...I'm wondering if this place is a scam honestly... You walk into this tiny waiting room full of homeless people and seriously hurt people, 2 nurses working, and after waiting hours and hours, they'll seat you in a "triage" area. The triage area looks like a stripped down torn up old room without any doors or privacy as you're expected to share one of the couple of rooms with other people, stains all over, chipped paint, dirty walls and furniture, no beds, just dinky chairs. Bathroom doesn't have a lock so homeless people were trying to walk in on me. They were going into the bathrooms multiple times to do drugs! I was beginning to just risk dying from pneumonia because I didn't want to get a worse infection. I wasn't even seen by a doctor, I was seen by a paramedic off duty who was very nice, but it took her at least over an hour to not even begin to get a referral for me, so I just left. I couldn't handle being there for so long without receiving any treatment and just getting the run-around. These nurses aren't even bilingual nor do they always have someone who is. It's so weird considering how nice it used to be.

Worst Hospital I've ever visited!! My boyfriend and i went to get our injuries looked at. My boyfriend with a broken elbow and wrist. Me with my broken hand. They didn't follow HIPAA laws. They didn't do the right procedures. They never informed us of any costs or asked if we had taken any medication. I was given a shot of toroidal for pain, but they blew my arm out and I was left with both pain in my hand and now in my arm. It didn't help. They stepped on my boyfriend and my rights as patient. I asked for a copy of my xray and they wouldn't give it to me. Never ever will recommend this hospital to anyone. Worst Hospital EVER!!

I had a great experience at Banner/Kino location, I went in by ambulance for elevated heart rate and the staff was very quick to respond and give me the care I needed. The staff, provider, and ambulance staff were great at keeping me calm and explaining what's going on, and giving me the medical care I needed and addressed my issues promptly. I felt safe and optimistic on my recovery due to their empathy and care they showed me. I would certainly go back here if needed, and recommend any family member. Great staff and efficient.

I know that all hospitals care about people and I also know that there are times when it may seem like they don't or they're are frustrated times and there's people they get hot and emotional but better I go to banner because I go to all the facilities North mid City South and I have only had good experiences and trust me nobody wants to go to a hospital to begin with and you hear good bad and indifferent from different different personalities but for me medical records and I have five specialty doctors at banner and I have only had good experience with all of them God bless you guys

Go anywhere else but here! I'm serious! SAVE YOURSELF! It's too late for me, save yourself! I showed up at 6pm and there were almost no people. I'm typing this in the waiting room, still waiting, at 2am and there is no end in sight! I haven't even seen a Dr yet... I should have been out of here hours ago! They really must not know how to organize or keep patients moving, because it is like this EVERY TIME I have come here which is about 3. If I can save even one person from wasting their time here then writing this review will have been worth it! Good luck with your medical needs ANYWHERE ELSE!!

My experience was horrible. The wait was excessive, the interaction with staff was just as bad. Had to get into an argument just to get seen, staff kept seen people that had just arrived, ignored us completely, felt like i was being discriminated against. Horrible hospital.

Don't come here. Wait times are hours. No updates. Many people walk out during wait. You can get your PhD while you wait and diagnose yourself by the time anyone talks to you. 0/5 stars for that limbo lobby.
