The care was good. However, their billing was completely unacceptable. They submitted the claim to my insurance with incorrect IDs -- my insurance returned the claim, but Banner did nothing. This occurred several times.
After I resubmitted my insurance information to Banner, they made the same mistake. When I called them to try to resolve it, they made me call my insurance.
My insurance was very helpful and worked diligently. They discovered the issue and informed Banner of their error and how to resolve it.
Be cautious going here -- it is likely you will experience a lengthy and time-consuming process to have Banner correctly submit your claim to your insurance.

I had sliced my finger deeply to where I could see muscle and was in pain, and I was just going to urgent care for the first time. The doctor was very callous with me and made me feel uncomfortable. I had asked him to please be gentle with my finger and he said he would be, but he continued to be rough, to the point where it almost felt like the flab of skin that was literally protecting the wound was going to come off. I felt I was being treated rudely as well. I was feeling vulnerable and didn’t have a good experience. At least one of the nurses was kind and helpful!

Very friendly and highly professional staff. They got me in quickly, provided a thorough and detailed evaluation. Communicated things clearly Were able to do X-rays right there able to pull my medical records etc. So they could give me really quality care very quickly too. Never been to a better more efficient urgent care. Keep up the good work.

The Ahwatukee Facility, I thought I broke my big toe, but it wasn’t life threatening or anything, so I went there. I called to verify they have an X-ray machine and they answered in the affirmative. I showed up. Waited an appropriate amount of time. Got an X-ray. The radiologist service they used to read the x-ray responded very quickly and confirmed my broken toe. They gave me a boot, instructions, and offered a specialist to follow up with…if I wanted; or find my own. Everyone was very nice. It was clean. Relaxed. Kudos to them.

The staff at Banner Urgent Care on Chandler is an outstanding Facility, the staff is amazing. The nurse and Physician made me feel like they care, the front desk clerk and X-ray tech was very nice ?

1 star because I had to in order to leave a review. I went twice about a chest cold that was kicking my butt. I was told twice it was a virus. When I was able to finally see my pcp, turns out it was bronchitis. There was no testing or x-rays done whatsoever. I’m just gonna assume the 2nd Dr I saw there just didn’t want to contradict the 1st. Thank goodness it didn’t turn into pneumonia.

I would give a negative review if that was an option. On 4/11 around 7:45pm I took my daughter to this location because she was having stomach pain. The front desk receptionist rushed us out so quickly because they were “closing”. Not even asking what was wrong or telling us a near location we can go to. The pain ended up being a cancerous mass and she had to have emergency surgery and is now undergoing chemotherapy! My 15yr old daughter was rejected by this facility! Dignity Health on the other side of sonic saved us! Dignity had some of the nicest people you can ever meet! Dignity was caring and took us in with open arms! I will never go to a Banner facility again!!
