I have had an absolute amazing experience from start to finish. I was struggling and the admissions was prompt and the woman was warm and caring and able to move quickly to getting me in.

The facility is beautiful, clean, and inviting. Everyone from the nurses, to the techs, therapists, and case workers were beyond friendly. They never make you feel like a burden and treat you more than a number and paperwork. They truly cared about my well being and sobriety.

There are too many people to name, but my case manager John was AMAZING and my savior here. All of the nurses, especially Julia and Rodger were kind and helpful.

My time at Banyan has certainly saved my life. The staff is attentive and only wants what's best for you. It's a safe environment and I would recommend this to anyone who is struggling with addiction. I must point out specifically Alex Ceniza one of the case managers at the treatment center. She absolutely goes above and beyond to help every client/patient and completely made sure my life outside the facility was certainly well taken care of

This place has changed my life in so many ways. At first I was not having it but they walked me through it and really helped me see things in a healthy way. The staff here is a amazing. everyone from nursing like to the therapist even the BHT'S are fun they have became more than a treatment center there family to me now. I came into this place on December 12th 2024 from a 30+ year run and I was a hot mess but now I have 74 days clean and sober. I will be recommending this facility to anyone that is in need of treatment. Also I wanted to say thank you to Julie and Stephanie and the nursing department Chris my therapist over at residential, to the BHT'S Emma Emily Brittany Courtney and Sylvia and also Emily the one who's in the office she's bad ass and gets things done. Thank you Jeff for being my therapist over at PHP an IOP. Thank you all for guiding me the right path.

Banyan, A Life-Changing Experience – Thank You to an Incredible Team!

I can’t say enough about the amazing team at Banyan Treatment Center in Palm Springs. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with kindness, compassion, and unwavering support from the BHT's, therapists, case managers, cooks, drivers, group facilitators, and cleaning crew.

To my therapist, Chris, thank you for guiding me through the toughest moments and for helping me rediscover myself. Your wisdom, humor, patience, and encouragement made all the difference in my recovery. Thank you for pushing me to be honest with myself, for encouraging vulnerability, and for reminding me that I was not alone in this journey.

To my case manager, Alex, I am so grateful for your dedication and for ensuring I had the resources and support needed to transition into a healthier life. You truly care about each client, and it shows in everything you do.

To the group facilitators, John, Jeff, Beth (DBT), Marcia, and Irish I want to extend my deepest gratitude for the support, knowledge, and compassion you brought to every session that made such a HUGE impact on my recovery journey. Your dedication to helping others heal is truly inspiring, and I will always be grateful for the lessons and strength I gained in your groups.

To the BHTs (Behavioral Health Technicians), Jesse, Sylvia, Brittany, Shirley, and Adrianna-you all are the backbone of Banyan. Your presence, whether it was through a simple conversation, words of encouragement, or just checking in, meant the world to me. Jesse often shared his experience, strength, and hope with the clients which helped us to grow immensely and "see that it works". Brittany was took the extra time to work hard to ensure us clients felt heard and loved. Adrianna and Shirley kept everything running as it should!

To the drivers, "Grandpa", Alberto, and Juan, thank you for your kindness and for getting us safely where we needed to go. Your patience and positive attitudes made every ride a little easier. I'll never forget Joshua Tree, Taquitz Canyon, and the "Palm Springs Tour".

And to the cooks, Virginia, Miya, and Victoria, thank you for the nourishing meals. Having good, comforting food made such a difference in my journey.

This place didn’t just help me get sober—it gave me hope, strength, and a new beginning. I will always be grateful to each and every one of you who played a role in my recovery. Thank you for everything!

I was hesitant to get into rehab. When I came in the Nurse Tammy and BHT’s Mary and Silvia made it an extremely pleasant experience by helping me get some fluid and good into my system and a warm place to sleep. The food is normally good, and there’s lots to do. The community is great.
Jeff and Chris and excellent therapists. Jon and Alex were extremely great at getting me whatever I needed to get my time off of work situated. Specifically Brittney and Jesse were great BHT’s at staying involved with the client’s. The nurses and staff are great. Although this place has its cons the program to recovery was very informational and insightful. Irish got me a cake for my birthday. She’s an angel. If you want to get better this is a great place to go. Bill and Beth are great too! Most people here are good to you if you are good to them.

I have returned to Banyan not because of the facility but because of the people. I received the attention that I required to beat my addiction, the weakness in my program has been my unwillingness to follow the path that I was clearly shown to me. I now have a greater understanding of what is behind my compulsion to drink alcohol thanks to the therapists and the rest of the staff. I've been given the tools to fight this disease of mine.
I would like to thank those that helped me and gave me hope where I had none. I was at my lowest point and was brought back by those good people. Sure, in the end it is a business but I believe the people who work there truly care about me and want me to succeed. I would recommend this rehab facility to anyone ready for positive change in their life.

My stay at Banyan was an amazing experience for the most part. I was greeted and welcomed as soon as I walked through the entrance doors. All of the staff were great and caring. As my first time in treatment I would say, I came to the right place to get the help I needed. From addiction to mental help, I learned so much and feel more confident into my recovery. Once again this treatment center is a great place to start!
