The service was excellent. From registration with Alex to check out. Every team member was very caring and thoughtful. I couldn't stop saying thank you to everyone because I couldn't believe of how great their service was. I went in for a simple outpatient procedure and it was the best experience. I am so impressed with Baptist Hospital. From the moment you walk in till the moment you leave every single employee treats you like there’s nobody more important than you. Obviously I chose the hospital for my physician, Dr. Sandman who is excellent and I would highly recommend. But the patient experience is beyond! I spoke to some of the nurses and asked them why they were so passionate and they said that the hospital is all about hospitality. Keep doing the excellent work you’re doing. I am most impressed. I think I made an excellent choice with Dr. Landinez and her team. But the overall experience was excellent. From the preop all the way through recovery. I cannot say enough about Andres and the recovery area. He demonstrated the epitome of professionalism, kindness and knowledge about the experience. I woke up in a tremendous amount of pain within a few minutes. He had my pain on the control. The nurses in the short state area lily, Luiz, Nikki.and Maryorie attention to all my Medical needs what’s again something to brag about. From the minute, I got there to the minute I left. It was an excellent excellent experience.

Excellent service as always. I was treated in a timely fashion and my Surgeon came to see me before my procedure and explained exactly what he was going to perform. He was very thorough and I was at ease before my surgery. All of the nurses,prep people,anesthesiologist and everyone else was very professional in their treatment of me.

We had a great experience at Baptist outpatient surgical center today. There was a consistent flow from registration through discharge. The nursing staff was amazing. Micheal in phase 1 of recovery held my daughters hand an comforted her as she woke up with fear after anesthesia. Ceci in phase 2 of recovery was friendly and informative. I would highly recommend this location if you are considering outpatient surgery.

My experience was a great one, for starter my surgeon Dr.Sandman is the best. I trust him very much. This is my third surgery with him, no complaints. The anesthesiologist was very tentative and knowledgeable so was his staff. The staff at Baptist Hospital was great they were very helpful and caring.
