First, I must congratulate Baptist for surprising me every time I've visited. In their effort to improve and keep pace with the times, they have not hesitated to facilitate transit through their facilities. From reception to checkout, everything is done under a technological framework that makes the patient process quick, simple, and precise. On the other hand, and most importantly, is the attention of the doctors who oversee the patients' departure. In my experience, I cannot find enough words to praise the care I received from the doctors on duty. Went in today to an urgent care for a sore throat. From the moment I entered until I left it was quick and smooth no waiting. Staff along with nurse and doctor were very nice and professional. Also having the option to leave with medication and avoid waiting at the pharmacy was great!

The intake process was really easy and expeditious. I personally did not have a good experience with the person who tried to put an IV in my arm. However, it would be unfair to negatively criticize someone who tried their best or is still in the process of gaining more experience. The segment concerning the interview with the Doctor was a little slow but not having to deal with an inexperienced PA or a nurse practitioner was worth the wait. These centers give the public a decent and much needed opportunity to avoid the higher expense of having to visit the ER.
