Our experience was terrible solely because of doctor Juan Dangond Gomez. The nurse who cared for my 1 year old was amazing but as soon as the Doctor walked in he immediately came off condescending and RUDE. I brought my baby in the day before and was told to bring him back for any of numerous red flags mentioned and when I was concerned about a few, Doctor Juan Dangond Gomez seemed too busy to even asses my baby. he came in looked at my baby and decided that “he didn’t look like a dehydrated baby” his exact words… I was unaware you could diagnose by simply looking at a baby for 1 minute. we came in about 40 mins before closing and it was evident he wanted to get us out of there. I have truly never experienced such a rude and careless doctor. And I’m not even just talking about bad bedside manner, this man was genuinely RUDE.

I arrived in a lot of pain, only my, that was about 8 to 10 minutes. Nurse Priscilla was with me, very attentive, compassionate, and has a spectacular hand. He was very concerned and attentive. I would return and recommend that place. Thank you for your support.

As usual your service was outstanding. I have been to your facility several times and each time I have received the most professional service. Your staff is courteous,knowledgeable and obviously well trained. I think your service at Urgent Care is better than Baptist Hospital Emergency at the main Hospital. I was seen,diagnosed,treated and on my way home in two hours. To me that is fantastic service! I will vouch for your location any time. In addition your medication dispensary is fabulous.

Our experience was amazing. From the gentleman at the font desk to the nurses and the doctor. Went for my 3 year old Son to get a cut closed on his chin. Our Nurse Camila went above and beyond. She knew how to deal with my son so well. The doctor was really awesome as well. We didn’t have to wait much either and they glued him up super quick. Even with the wait time it took one hour. After they were done nurse Camila gave him some cracker, some stickers, and a coloring book. I have to say I was so pleasantly surprised with this urgent care. I have been to others where I have waited for hours in the waiting room and then waited for hours in the patient room to be seen. The level of care Nurse Camilla showed for my son I wish everyone could experience. She was truly amazing.

I had a great experience at Baptist Health Urgent Care, West Kendall. The staff was terrific, especially the PA and nurse who attended to me. They were both efficient and highly knowledgeable. Everyone at the center was very kind.
A huge plus was getting my prescription on-site at a fair price, which saved me time and hassle. I highly recommend their services!

This was the last place I wanted to be on Christmas Day but thankfully everyone here made the experience very positive for me and my daughter. Everyone was so kind and patient with us, even though it was a busy day, and we left with a diagnosis and prescription. They were thorough and helped her not feel scared throughout the appt/x rays. Truly grateful we ended up here and definitely recommend this location. The staff/nurses/doctors were wonderful.

Very professional…welcoming personnel! I did the pre checkin & when I arrived all was done. I had sprained ankle & had x rays. I was in/out in no time. Definitely my choice for urgent care. Place was very clean. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the attention that I received from begining to end. The Doctor & staff were very professional & they explained with detail the problem at hand. It was fast & to the point. They're very well organized & very professional. I want to thank everyone there at 132 av & Kendall Drive Baptist urgent care. They are the BEST!!
