Was at at the ER around 2:30 am on Jan 2, 2025 because I couldn’t catch my breath during a coughing attack. Wasn’t busy so was in and out within 3 hours. My nurse Natalia is a fabulous person. I can honestly say I had lots of fun in those early morning hours. The young man that inserted the IV in my arm got it right the first time he tried. I have no bruising and he was fun also. My doctor was amazing as well. A very nice experience!!! 5 stars for sure!!

On January 4, 2025, I had to take my wife, Luise N., to the emergency department after she suffered a bad fall and hit her head on the concrete driveway. She was in significant pain, and after calling 911, we were advised to take her to the hospital.

Upon arriving at the front desk, the two young ladies there were incredibly helpful and quickly completed her paperwork. Anna, the staff member handling her initial check-in, acted promptly and wheeled her into a room right behind the front desk within minutes.

Shortly after, Pete, a nurse, quickly wheeled her in for a CAT scan. Dr. Sanchez kindly walked me out so they could proceed with the scan, and within about 10 minutes, Luise was brought back to the room.

The service was impressively efficient, and the staff were kind and patient throughout the process, helping us navigate this very frightening time. Job well done! I highly recommend the staff and the level of care we received.

I was feeling very sick. I got there in the morning. I don’t think I waited not even 10 minutes in the waiting room and they took me right in. The doctor that I saw was excellent, and the nurse was as well. I would recommend this hospital to anybody who needs to go to the emergency room.

They make you pay your whole deductible before even seeing you, I had to get 4 stitches on my hand and they wanted me to pay them 7 thousand dollars which is my deductible before even starting to help me. I said NOPE, I still payed $1,000.00 for a wound wash, xrays. I asked how much were the stitches and the person said I can't tell you because you need to do the service first and i can them price you. So, it's like you for profit hospital needs to financially rape and then charge me for your services. GET OUT OF HERE. I went to MD Urgent Care and they properly filed a claim and charged me 200 for stitches. I didn't even need to get xrays. Also, Baptist does not provide same day imaging. They said it takes 24 hours for them to generate and provide it to the patient.

That means i needed to eat, sleep and wake up tomorrow 3-21-2025 go to baptist at noon to get my images (WITH AN OPEN WOUND on my hand still bleeding) to then go to another for profit urgent care to them be seen and stitched.

BAPTIST YOUR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS IS ILLEGAL. Even the nurses and doctors are embarrassed by the way you run your hospital.

Excellent experience at the ER. No wait time at all in the lobby. They took me in right away. Nurse Oscar was amazing. Made me feel very comfortable. The PA who saw me was great. Took her time with me and was very informative. I have no complaints from this visit.

Yeah I took my mom and to the emergency cuz she was in feeling well they were very kind knowledgeable patient and right to the point that did all the necessary testing and Diagnostics and came up with the solution which it has worked and it's working for my mom think the staff Medical and related staff for all their help and all their knowledge thank you very much I appreciate it would you have done for my mom keep doing what you doing you guys are doing a great job excellent and you're helping a lot of people PS the timing was also great we didn't have to spend there the whole day they were right on time and worked really quick fortunately my mom was able to go home the same day she was an outpatient it was great as far as the staff and everybody that works there like I said every the time was perfect they were really doing their best to make my mom comfortable and also try to get it her back home as soon as possible thank you again very much🥰,🤍,🐠,🐬,👌,👍..!!! My nurse Kat was amazing! Caring, knowledgeable, friendly with the ability to calm your nerves. She explained everything that was going on. The doctor was kind, caring and knowledgeable. He explained concerns and kept me informed. I was in amazing care with them and so grateful!
