Very kind and caring , took care of me when I was in shands hosptial in Gainesville. I'm a new customer and they made sure I had everything I needed when I got home to fountain. Had been trying to get a wheel chair for 2 weeks. Carried in 2 different Rx for it, and they said neither met the conditions required. They did not go further to tell the doctors what the Rx had to say. I became frustrated with them on Friday, and told them I would get one on my on without insurance. On Monday afternoon they called me and had paperwork in order.

Worst ever! Absolutely No support! Only use because this is the only supplier that my horrible insurance allows. Pray you are not in this situation and can get the care you need.
