The whole staff including the nurses, front desk pharmacists etc are the nicest people in the world.
My appointment was scheduled for 12 but I thought it was 9 and they had switched it and seen me no problem.
Very cozy, friendly and inviting rooms and they’re private.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The only reason I gave one is because I had no other option, and I will say my nurse was professional and had a very polite demeanor. However, if I were her, I would be absolutely ashamed to work here. As a person who works in the medical field this place is totally unacceptable to be a medical facility that actively provides care to patients. How they get away with the filth or even pass code is beyond me. The building is run down and disgusting. An accurate description for Barnes Tallahassee in my opinion would be a make shift black market medical hideout. Its smells and looks dirty, there are spider webs with nest in the corners of the ceiling and floors (including patient rooms). The bathroom smelled of urine, has yellow rings all over the floor and the sink was just as filthy. I honestly don't think there was an inch of the carpet that wasn't stained (with who knows what) only leaving you questioning what's growing & hoarding within it. You would think this would be a huge concern for staff who work there daily and if not for themselves then for their patient's health, (especially the immunocompromised). All it took was one look and I was concerned about how unsafe, unsterile and the possible infections that originate there. When I questioned the staff about it, I was told "this is better than it was when I first started". My mouth immediately hit the floor and just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, I saw the used satin zipper pillow case cover as a replacement for an IV pump holder. 10/10 would not recommend this place for any medical treatment or services.

Barnes screwed me over, plain and simple. I had been using Barnes' services for an infusion treatment every 4 weeks for years when they suddenly and abruptly dropped me with very little explanation. Because of an agreement between Barnes and my insurance company, these infusions took place in my home instead of their clinic. At some point during this service, someone in leadership decided this arrangement cost Barnes too much money. They decided, without any consultation with me or my doctor, to submit a prior authorization request to my insurance company to change my medication to the name brand (i.e. they would get paid more upon reimbursement). When my insurance company denied this, Barnes dropped me from their service - literally and out of nowhere. Because of this, I went without needed treatment for over 10 months while trying to arrange infusion services with another company. I would never recommend Barnes to anyone and I regret the time I wasted on this company. If I could give zero stars I would.
