My girlfriend made an appointment then canceled few days before hand but still made her pay for the appointment when nothing even happened supervisor there denied her claim to get rid of the payment while telling another worker on the phone to let me know if she gives you any trouble she's paying anyway not ACCEPTABLE!!

A dirt particle mildly scratched my eye. Wanted to make sure there was no serious injury to the cornea. They got me in same day. All is good. Minimal waiting time. Dr. was very professional.

This is a high-quality organization with extremely well educated talented doctors. The staff is also first class. I have been treated extremely well and have gotten over some tough conditions because of Barnett DULANEY. Highly recommend.

I don't understand all the rave reviews my experience was not so. Nearsided and astigmatism. Had to get cataracts removed from my left eye. At the end of it all, they didn't care about the fact that the cataracts replacement changed my nearsidedness just slightly off from my other one. Only cared that it was close enough without my Nearsided glasses. Was quoted $2210 total for the cataracts surgery paid in full. Then got a separate bill for additional costs for around $378. And another separate bill for anesthesia for $625. Inquired and they could only tell me that the $378 was a mistake, missbilled for not having insurance and should have been lower. Received credit instead of additional billing. No one could explain the additional $625 but when I inquired about it I was asked if I paid the facilities charge. Nobody said anything about a facilities charge and I had paid the full quoted amount. I refuse to pay anything additional over and above the original quote. Their glasses are 500X what you can order online. Very disapointed. Think the anesthesia bill is still outstanding, I'm not paying it.
