This place used to be so good. I love the RN Adele and Dr. Stephen Martin. It has become horrendous. I am simply trying to get my BP medication refilled. They encourage you to use MyChart and then ignore your messages or requests. They are denying to authorize needed meds that I have been on for years without any explanation. Then I finally talk to someone on phone. They assure me my refill will be sent in. They use the words "I promise and if there are any issues We will call you" and then they don't I have to go on for days and days without BP meds.
I love Adele and Suboxone Clinic everyone else there is just woefully and willfully negligent.

I wish I could zero stars. Absolutely worst doctors office I've been too. I am a new patient and have to drive 45mins out my way to go to them. First appointment was 9/10 and I still haven’t received an update on the medication they prescribed nor the response from my insurance company telling them what they needed to do in order for this medication to be approved. Also asked for some serious medical referrals for my health on same day explained and showed proof of some and still to this day have not gotten a single one. Did a heart monitor almost 2 weeks ago and still have not gotten my results back. Contacted the director and still no response. I will be definitely finding someone else cause this isnt worth my health to keep stressing over.

The entirety of the UMass medical network is a gigantic steaming pile of bullshit.
1. My doctor [ Dr. Hajj] refused to treat or diagnose me with any problem while I was dealing with genetic chronic migraines. I was told that it was "just stress" and that I need a better diet and exercise while being physically healthier than my doctor himself lmao.
2. I've been diagnosed with adhd combined type since 2009. When I went in for a Ritalin consultation I was granted a one month prescription before I had to go back because that's the deal. I was suddenly contacted by my doctor that he would not be refilling my prescription because I "gave myself this disorder like how med students think they have diseases while studying for med school" wicked cool. I used accurate words to describe my symptoms so I could be more helpful but apparently that makes me a hypochondriact, even though the diagnosis is listed on my file.

I haven't been to a UMass facility in a while because my doctor has continuously refused to accurately treat me whatsoever and I've been refused to switch pcps or even get an appointment with any other doctor, I'm currently being bombarded with calls and emails at least once a week because I haven't given them $300 for... I really don't know considering I haven't been there in forever.

Don't waste your time with this health web. Make the drive to a non umass medical facility if you can because they're dogshit piss poor excuses for doctors.

honestly this is one of the best primary care doctors offices ive been to i see megan hunt she awesome an listens an helps with any issues i have plus the nurses an everyone is so friendly they send cvs my meds no issues get me in the office when i need to be seen as soon as they can. an best part is there apart of umass just like all my specialist doctors i see so they can all see eachothers notes an communicate if need be! glad my friend reccomend me to come here !

Went in for a pregnancy test, they never had me pee in the cup first and after waiting an hour the doctor came in and said to do the test and they would call as soon as they have the results. Should only take a half hour. 24+ hours later I’m still waiting. I don’t feel like the patients care is prioritized and that is more than just this time.

Stay away from Perrone. She’s horrible , if you have any real medical conditions she’s zero help. Sending prescriptions at wrong dosages or not at all causing serious health issue to worsen. August 20th was sending a referral
November 13th still not sent. I circumvent her she’s just in the way on me getting treatment for multiple serious health issues.
Even better won’t change my provider
I’ve been trying without any luck. Apparently UMASS has circled the wagons around one their students as treatment has been ok with them.

This people deserve 5 stars, they are busy and booked just like everyone else, however the only treatment and smiles are there, felt 100% comfortable, heard and respected.
Tammy was fun and professional and Dr Dean really sweet and professional

Very busy location with super skilled personable and professional mannerism. A very comfortable and safe environment.
