I had an excellent experience with the Basis Medical team. The office is clean, modern, and equipped with a big variety of the latest equipment. Drs. Gabe & Matt are not only highly skilled but also took the time to explain every step of the treatment process. Ian is the most talented massage therapist I've ever encountered. After just a few visits, I noticed a significant improvement in my pain and mobility.
On the aesthetic side, I had a wonderful experience with Donna! She is a highly skilled & precise injector that gave me perfect results.

I can’t say enough great things about Basis Medical in Palm Beach Gardens. The entire staff is amazing, but Lauren Peterson, RN, is truly the best! She’s my go-to for vitamin and Semaglutide injections. Lauren is incredibly knowledgeable and always professional. No matter how many random questions or concerns I have, she answers them with kindness and patience. If you’re looking for a place that’s both professional and welcoming, this is it! 10/10 would recommend.

The staff is highly knowledgeable, they takes the time to listen, and explains everything thoroughly, which made my daughters feel confident in their care. Everyone at Basis has been super knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and just all around nice since I’ve been going there. I’ve been in a car accident and my back got messed up and they help make it a little easier. Super impressed with the staff, technology, options, cleanliness, etc. Would recommend.

I am a new patient at basis medical they have An amazing team. I would like to give a shout out to Nicole, Doctor Gabriel, Doctor Sabrina, Sara and the staff at the front desk and Doctor Scuderi. I highly recommend basis medical for your physical therapy and chiropractic treatments. I am not where I want to be, but I am getting better. The amazing team that they have there is caring, compassionate, friendly and very professional. they want to see you do better and feel better.
