The staff here is rude. I'm a black women who is currently pregnant and have been dismissed and ignored by the front staff. I have had two issues in scheduling appointments and both times the staff behaved as if I was lying about my situation. They try to scheduling my appointments months in advance without checking dates and times with me to see if they will work.

They expect that everyone they see is poor and treat them as such, like they have no options.

Unfortunately, my insurance comes as an extension of the county of Santa Clara and though my insurance says valley health plan, I continue to be scheduled at this clinic.

I had a test done here two weeks ago and I sent a message regarding results that was never responded to. Their app says to wait three business days for a response and it's been 12 days with no response.

When I arrived at my last appointment, I could hear them outside my room asking if they had given me the test last time and no one seemed to know.

It's scary to think these are medical professionals.

I’ve had poor experiences here which is unfortunate. My first visit seemed pretty okay at first, but then my provider began to ignore my needs and messages that I sent for follow ups. I felt rushed and not listened to.
I was referred to a mental health nurse who never once listened or asked about my life and or how it led me here with her. She only asked me brief questions about my one concern and prescribed me medications that gave me a ton of side effects. Then changed my medication again without giving me a chance to speak about my concerns. I felt like she only cared about prescribing me medication. My message to her also got ignored when I expressed my concerns and asked for specific testing. Also, my first visit with her, I was told would be in person but when I got to the office they made me meet her via video call. It wasted my time and gas driving there when I could’ve done a video call from home.
Another bad experience I had was that the front desk made an appointment for me on Labor Day. I didn’t know it was Labor Day and the office was closed. So I drove all the way there and wasted my gas/time. I tried to make a new appointment and they told me that the provider will contact me about availability. They never did. Then someone from the office called me while I was doing my clinical rotations so I couldnt pick up. They decided it was a good idea to call my mother to tell her they are trying to reach me to make a doc appt. Since when was it policy to call my emergency contact to make an appointment I’m not a minor and it wasn’t an emergency. Also, I never got to make an appointment because every time I called they had no openings so I gave up. This place made me feel like they did not care about me or my concerns and only cared about shoving meds down my throat.

This company is the worst maybe if they hire people that know what they are doing. We get there and there's a line waiting while the 4 receptionist are working for 7min on there computer I've never seen that HELLO!!!! Plus they have given my mom rong medication. Not just her also for me I got pregnant because some dam Dr couldn't just give me a refill after a negative pregnancy test she wanted to go down there to check my birth control nuvaring which she removed!!!! And never put back!!!! And got pregnant!!!! Always there ob! Are so aggressive I've had better guy doctors that are gentle u would think since it's a women doc she would know!!! Nope they treat u like a dam animal. This all locations they don't care only handful of ok docs they never last there

I saw dr. Michelle Brown for ob/gyn related issues. She seems so caring, and I think she is one of the better doctors for Bay Area Community Health Center I been with Bach since August 2023. She listens to my concern too. I saw probably at least 7 different doctors under BACH & 90% of BACH's doctors are very bad. Also, it takes forever to get an appt to see specialists under BACH. I am glad I was able to get a sooner appt than late April appt since that appt was booked back in early March 2024.

I had an appointment this week with member services and have a follow up next week. I really appreciate how helpful everyone one, especially the lady helping us. There was plenty of seating in the waiting area, the bathroom was clean and the clinic itself was neat & organized with everyone on reception being super helpful.

I had a appointment on Friday with Dr. Silverman she was very rude and very unprofessional!! I went in to discuss my current health situation as soon as I said I had pain she immediately cut me off and had this look on her face and said "oh now I know who you are you're that chronic pain patient" I have only met her twice and she labeled me as a "chronic pain patient" I am now currently admitted in hospital due to what I went in for on Friday to discuss with her, she judged me instead of listening to my health issues, instead of advising me to go to hospital, she referred me to a psychiatrist. She also told me that I needed to look for another doctor because she was no longer going to be working at the clinic just very unprofessional!!!!

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING WITH THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE!! HORRIFICALLY HORRIBLE, everyone here should be fired, especially the supervisor for allowing such terrible service. All the doctors and receptionist are lazy and don’t care at all for the people that actually need to be seen. I have tried scheduling an appointment for a week and after insisting and calling back to only be rudely treated but the receptionist I was able to make an appointment to talk to a doctor over the phone. So the doctor, to who I described my issues to, decided to criticize me on my talking and then told me I would need x-rays, she said after the call she would have someone else call me to confirm details on where to go and when. I waited all day and nothing. the next day nothing. I called back after 3 days and was rudely hung up on, so I called again and after a 30 minute wait someone else (a bit nicer, still useless) answered and assured me the doctor would call me back as soon as possible and I have been waiting for another 3 days and still nothing. I have been calling all day today and no one has answered me. This place is a complete joke don’t waste your time and health. This is my first ever bad review and I am writing this so no one else can waste their time and energy at a place as terrible as this.
