I took my boyfriend to the Bay Area endoscopy for a colonoscopy. From the moment we walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly and professional receptionist who made the check-in process smooth. Robert, a staff member, welcomed us warmly and efficiently handled the check-in procedure. His friendliness and passion for working with people made us feel at ease.

Once we were in the back, Larry, the nurse, was assigned to my boyfriend. He skillfully inserted my IV and was both attentive and reassuring throughout the entire process. His calm demeanor helped alleviate any anxiety I had about the procedure.

Then there was Felicia, another member of the staff, who truly stood out. She was incredibly sweet and treated me with such kindness. Throughout our interaction, she showered me with compliments, telling me I was a "king," which brought a smile to my face and lifted my spirits.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the staff at this office for their kindness and attentive care. Their support made a potentially stressful experience much more comfortable and reassuring. I truly appreciate everything they do!

The staff on the front desk is very polite and respectful. The nurses are really good trying hard not to hurt me especially IV.The doctor that did the procedures is really nice as well as the anesthetic doctor.(i forgot the term) God bless you all. Thank you.

Friendly staff and very clean facility. Receptionist was very polite and helpful. The nurses were friendly and attentive. Dr. Ghevariya is a seasoned doctor and performed my procedure and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this office.

I must say that my experience was surprisingly pleasant. The staff was wonderful and provided comfort in a Time when I was unsure seeing as how this is my first experience. I'm truly thankful for everyone involved.
