I was disappointed wen I was ask to fill out a blank lab test for billing with out my name or specifying what time of test was going to be sent to the lab. I also got a appointment card without my name or doctor I had the appointment with. I was disappointed but front desk did say doctor will fill it out and to come back the next day to sing the complete lab form. Disappointed that I have to return the next day to sing a lab test billing form.

Dr. Alvarez was brilliant dealing with my possible bone infection in my right foot. I was worried that I would have to chop off my foot. She saved it. I do really like the service in this location. It is very clean and well organized. I took my parents with doctor Audrey Alvarez they really like her. She very friendly and she takes care of them very good. She is awesome. She always has a good attitude also She speaks Spanish.
