Do not EVER EVER EVER go here. Left traumatized. Currently waiting for supervisor to call me back. And will report one of their NP’s to the board too. No empathy here. Like another review said. NP threatened me today. Will not share details publicly. But I was threatened. I’m disgusted and hurt. I was treated extremely poorly. She threatened to break HIPAA and call police over a minor matter that is protected by patient confidentiality that she would have no right to share and could get in trouble for, not me. Loser place. Traumatized me. Reaffirmed my beliefs that you can’t trust anyone including therapists. I will cease seeking mental health help due to many incidents, this one being the cherry on top. I will never seek help again. I have never been threatened to be arrested in office. It was laughable. This took the cake. Congratulations on being the worst counseling service in the area. That’s saying a lot. I am done with these types of facilities and people. We are all better off helping ourselves, truly 💞 and who ever is reading this, you can get through anything!
I hope nobody ever feels as shamed as I was today at Bay Cove. I was shamed, humiliated, and threatened. Then had a door slammed in my face and was forced to leave through a back door with my 5 year old witnessing it all. Nice touch! Thanks!

I waited 8 months for an appointment. It was only an intake. I waited 2 and a half more months for a med appointment by some provider named Olga. The very unwelcoming woman wanted to change my whole medication regimen and add weekly therapy instead of just transferring my services as previously discussed in my intake appointment. The medication “manager” Gabby can barely answer the phone and is unpleasant and unhelpful throughout my entirety of dealing with them. 100% do not recommend. Seek help elsewhere.

I have severe cptsd, bpd and adhd. I am working really hard on healing myself, so I sought out this organization for some help. I started coming to some support groups they had and now they don't exist anymore all of a sudden. I waited on the wait list for therapy for 3 months, finally got someone, and now for the 3rd time in a row the appointments have been canceled. He had me come in 1 time on a Sunday, I showed up on time and waited for 20 minutes. Nobody came and got me, so I finally went back to the front desk to ask what's going on and they were completely unorganized. They had no idea what was going on. Therapist sent me a text and I responded saying I've been waiting for 20 mins. He came out and got me. Then the entire session he spent telling me to go get a job. While that is the ultimate goal, that isn't why I am in therapy. I am in therapy to process my emotions. He barely let me talk at all and was very irritable. I was also going to do family therapy with my mother with him as well to work on our relationship. I feel abandoned, shoved around, like I don't matter, invisible, hurt, betrayed, and depressed. We need better mental health resources.

I feel like I am taken seriously at BayCove which for me at least goes a long way. The only thing was that I had to wait 9 months to get a councilor which isn't BayCove's fault, we are limited to resources on the Cape. While I was on the waitlist I was assigned a peer support specialist who really helped me feel less alone in my struggles.

Met my New nurse practitioner instead of a dealing with my depression issues the incompetent unprofessional nurse cuts another medication instead of dealing with my depression. Then instead of making an appointment for me to see her in a couple weeks she makes it for 6 weeks. They are Unprofessional, uncaring, and have no empathy for anyone
