The nicest woman ever, helped me amazingly!!! they are so nice and make you feel very comfortable. the office and rooms are very clean and pretty! comfy chairs in in the back so if you come with someone they have a nice place to sit! i have nothing bad to say about Bay Health at all!

My husband and I just moved around this area and I first went to a couple docs and disliked them all especially the nurse that I talked to at the desk at dr Fabianki’s office! My dad mentioned I go here. So I did and it was the best decision I coulda mad!! My husband is seeing Kayla and I see Katie for mental health and let me tell you. They both are so Knowledgeable, caring, so kind, and not judgemental!! Y’all that’s rare for a docs office! Highly recommend this place!!!

Can't make an appointment, can't keep an appointment, can't handle scheduling an appointment and providing you with address or details... Fasting? How long? Location? There's 3 of em? So helpful... Removes you from medicine and never provides a replacement. Got bounced around rooms cause they didn't know their right from left.

I Paul Golembeski have received your letter and decided to FIRE you last week when you ignored my complaints and your negligence of making and keeping appointments... As simple as sending an address but couldn't handle that...
While also not providing me with a new medication after telling me to ween off another. Great job and listening skills you have!!!
