Definitely 100% recommend! These ladies give you the best care, I went in my first time was a little nervous that my doctors would not understand or listen to my concerns within my health. But these ladies listened I was able to express myself and symptoms & get the feedback I was looking for, they discuss in detail what they are looking for, what they will need to do & also the treatment they recommend but also they give you options! Whenever I go in I feel comfortable because I know I will be heard and get the help I need for my health and well-being. I 100% recommend for all ages in looking to get the exact help you need they provide you care , support & listen to your needs they are great for kids and adults! I love that they are women speaking to another women, I never feel rushed they always ask how I’m doing & if I have any questions. They do not try to rush you out of their office very professional, patient with you and respectful. With these ladies you will never need to be afraid or nervous to go in to getting help for yourself because they listen. I appreciate them so much in helping me and making me feel heard!

Jenn and her nurse Cindy are amazing. Both of these women offer amazing care. They both listen to you as a patient and care about you. I am so thankful for Jenn and her team. I couldn’t ask for a better provider. Not only has she helped me but she has seen my 9yr old daughter as well. I love knowing that my provider is my family’s provider and we can all call Bay Minette Family Care, we don’t have to run around to different clinics, just Jenn’s.

When I visited Dr. Jennifer Overstreet on 02/05, she told me that “ if I’ve been having really bad chest tightness and pain since I was a kid, and I’m still here, that it probably isn’t that serious and it’s normal” I was obviously taken aback and just said no I think it is serious and I’d like to get it checked out. Then she said she’d order me a scan and I never got that order or an update that I had been calling and messaging for, for over a week, also the same for my thyroid bloodwork that was supposed to get sent from that same day. I’m having a horrible ongoing experience with them being rude because of their own negligence and not wanting to deal with it. 0/10 DO NOT COME HERE
