I was finishing my third week when Lauren filled in for Jamie. I got one-on-one attention from Lauren, whereas with Jamie would have up to three clients at once. Lauren provided the exercises I should have been doing at home and added them to the app. There I found that I had been doing some things wrong but never had supervision by Jamie. On my final session, Jamie said she would add all the exercises to my app. Edit: Now, a week later, I've received nothing. And the so-called owner did not follow through. I haven't heard from anyone.

Lauren and her crew are awesome. They have excellent chemistry and help their clients to feel comfortable and welcome. They have assisted me through several orthopedic adventures, with Most Excellent results. I cannot wait for my next orthopedic misadventures.

Jamie is phenomenal! Amazing care given by the entire team here at bay state. Catherine and Kaya always call me back right on time for my appointment and always with a smile! Iyona is such a bright light at the front desk, always welcoming patients in and getting them checked in quickly! Annie is always so attentive and really focuses on giving her patients top notch care. Amy Is so knowledgeable and provides amazing care as well. No better team than the team at bay state Attleboro!

I have had a great experience. This is the first time that I had to go to PT. In my 74 years as I fell I fell and broke my kneecap They are very professional, friendly and have great equipment, which is important in your recovery. They work well as a team. Maintain their equipment and keep it clean after it used my therapist Lauren Richardson really knows her stuff. Thank you for taking great care of me.

The Drs. And Assistances are always knowledgeable and encouraging. Unfortunately I have had to go to PT on a few different occasions the past couple of years and the Bay-state in South Attleboro has consistently done a fantastic job ! When it’s time to be discharged . I have always left feeling better .

I have had the pleasure of being a client at Baystate 2-3 times for different injuries. It has been a pleasant experience. It is a very friendly atmosphere. The staff work closely together. I would definitely recommend Bay State PT to friends and family. They are very professional. They got me going on my exercises, answered all my questions. Their definitely a good group of people there. I've seen only been going to PT for a couple of weeks but my foot feels a lot better already. Thank you Lauren and Ben and the secretary at the front desk.
