I came to Bay State with some pretty severe back pain that would make me bedridden for days after a triggering event.

Rachel was my physical therapist and she was absolutely amazing. She was patient, understanding, did a great job tailoring my recovery program to my current fitness level and advancing it as I improved. She explained the workouts to me and let me know how they would aid my recovery and was just a pleasure to work with.

My back is back to normal now, and I couldn't be happier about it.

Rachel has been a fantastic for my acl and meniscus repair rehab. I’ve been working with her for the past 9 months and she’s helped me so much in feeling more comfortable and confident in my strength and mobility. As an athlete my entire life, it was very disheartening to not be able to do even just the basics post surgery, and Rachel got me back to running, mobility, and jump drills. She is very knowledgeable in the space and was especially a great help with a couple setbacks/complications I had early on in my rehab process. Rachel was always willing to move at my pace while also challenging me each session. I would highly recommend Bay State. Everyone, from the receptionist to the other trainers, was always very kind and welcoming, and it was a very encouraging space. Thanks to everyone for helping my rehab journey.

I would highly recommend the Central Square Bay State PT! I worked with Nestor and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I came in with a finger injury that had been lingering for several months and it has been healed up after about eight weeks of PT.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had with PT! I’m a runner and was dealing with chronic shin pain, and Rachel was wonderful in working with me to improve my strength, running form, and just knowledge of how my body works. I’m now running without pain for the first time in a while. Very thankful for my experience at Bay State.
