Bayview Eyecare have been my family's eye doctors for a number of years now. Every interaction we have with the office staff, the doctors, and their assistants has been caring and warm, they've answered every question we ask, and they help find the right solutions for our eyes; we all wear glasses. And they have great frames on site too!

Ive had good experience here and came back for years. Unfortunately my last two interactions were with Bob (? I think thats his name, older gentleman) and he is pretty aggressive raising his tone twice already. I had the wrong prescription assigned (couldn’t wear the two pair of glasses due to eye pain and headache after wearing them for less than 3 minutes) and he pushed back very hard when i came back with the correct prescription I got from Kaiser. I walked away the second interaction with him at this first tone raise. Unfortunately due to Bob’s (again, unsure if that’s his name) interactions I will stop coming back after years of being their costumer; Unfortunate as I really enjoyed my interactions with the Dr and the rest of the staff.

I had a good experience with most of the staff and the doctor. However, when I interacted with Bob while picking out glasses, he started shouting at me simply for asking if the store offered any discounts on frames. He continued to raise his tone until I walked away. Unfortunately, this experience has made it my first and last visit to this clinic.

The doctor is amazing. Everything was smooth, right from scheduling an appointment to the eye test. We got eye tested and got the prescription for glasses and contacts. We didn’t buy glasses here although I could see the place also offers them. Doctor also gave sample contacts.
Initially I was hesitant to make appointment but after our appointment, I would highly recommend the place. Another thing I would like to highlight is doctors punctuality. We had 8am we were there by 7:45am and everything went smoothly without any delay.
