After realizing my undercarriage panel was dragging on the ground when I came off the highway in Bourne, I googled nearest service garages and luckily they were 1.2 miles away. I drove there and they brought my car right in and put it on a lift and in about 40 minutes we were back on the road. No charge he said…we gave a little cash as a thank you. They were very kind.

When I arrived at Bourne scenic Park campgrounds the vehicle that I tow with a motorhome had a bad brake line so I had no brakes. I called Bay village auto at eight o'clock Saturday morning and spoke with Clark get it to the shop and I will take a look. I got a call about nine thirty Clark said I needed a brake line and that he would call when the job was completed. His hours on Saturday were eight thirty till twelve. It was a one thirty when he called to say that the vehicle was ready. He definitely when the extra mile so that I wasn't without a vehicle. Highly recommend to anyone in the area or anyone camping in the area. Thanks for helping me out.

My car wouldn’t start well on vacation. Oscar provided fast, efficient service. From a tow truck referral to diagnosing and repairing. Turn around time was unbelievable and price was very fair. Oscar went above and beyond and is hands down one of the best mechanics. Mike was also very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. Car troubles on vacation, far from home can be a very stressful situation. These guys made it a breeze. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My car got brought in for an estimate they didn't even call to give me the estimate they called to tell me the car was done and that it would be $1,300 pay it now they fix everything I asked them to look at and then they told me I needed a alternator I ask to see the old one nope it's gone same with the belt but I just put them both in 3 weeks ago I ask to see how much he paid for it I got no u pay it's 600 plus labor... Mind u labor is over 180 hr I believe... Would not work with me ...

Great Service! Nice people! Awesome work! Good Pricing! Fast and friendly! Driving home from the Cape and my caliper froze on my car. I limped it into the Garage. The were able to get the part, fix it, and have me back on the road fast. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic.

Hands-down best customer service ever. I dropped off my jeep to have a new engine done. A pretty big job as it was a hemi engine. Turnaround time was quick. Ran into some electrical issues a few days after I took it home. Made a phone call to the garage and within 10 minutes I had the owner and 2 mechanics at my house to take it and fix it free of charge. Great customer service. Trustworthy.

Excellent service, good parts pricing, and quick turnaround! Yes, there are some other garages with good reputations but those places have customers out the door they are so busy. And not many are within walking distance 😉.

Needed new rear brakes (rotors and pads) for a Z71 Tahoe. Ability and tools to DIY but out the door WITH an oil change too for a good price and none of my knuckles busted. Thank you!! WILL be back in the future.
