They said they were in-network. My insurance said they are not due to paperwork on file. Their Admin wanted us to go ahead out of network regardless of cost. NO! They need to facilitate clients needs proactively.

Don’t use Baycare for anything. They will take you to court for any payments missed or not made and WILL NOT help you in anyway. Go to Bellin instead.
