Im surprised this clinic has such bad reviews. I moved here from Florida and I was shocked when they preformed the X-ray that I needed in office. doctor was extremely nice and informative.

Outstanding service! Went in early morning for a shot to rid allergies; entered lobby after screening, intake was quick, sat down less than 5 min.and then processed to receive shot - in and out. Every single staff I talked with from the front door, intake, techs, and Narisha Ali - ALL were professional, respectful, kind and pleasant. One of the happiest visits ever. They didn't try to push things onto my bill I didn't ask for, They didn't try to scare me into taking a COVID test like Express Emergency Room Temple tried to do (causing me to walk out and waste my time). I was very pleased with the service at Belton's Baylor Scott & White Convenient Care Clinic and recommend it to others. Get there early morning and beat the crowds. I hope they continue to satisfy patients as they did me.

Arrived at the clinic at 10:40 for an 11:00am appointment for my son. Checked in and then sat in the lobby for an hour. When I asked why other people were being seen before, they informed me that she didn't check us in correctly and that the next available appointment would be at 2pm. I had no choice but to take it and wait. We drove 30 minutes to get here and did not have the time to go back home. We checked back in for the 2pm appointment at 12. 30. We continued to wait in an empty lobby until they called him back at 1:03pm. It is now 2:15pm and I am still sitting in an empty lobby waiting for him to be seen. Having been to the other clinics in the area, this one is substantially sub par in comparison to the customer service we recieved other places. I Understand mistakes happen however the front desk lady was rude and offered no apology , instead told us to go have lunch, while my son sat there with a fever. Not funny at all! If you have the choice do not choose this location. Very bad customer service!!

Made an appointment, went in and was.told they don't take the insurance, but they tried to contact about it. No, they did not. Scott & White takes the insurance, but apparently the clinics now pick and choose what insurance they want to take. Never again.

I REALLY needed a 'Today' appointment,.
( poison🌿 oak / ivy encounter steadily worsening ⏱️🫣),
..but my usual 'Go to' SnW clinic on SnW drive near oout business, Killeen Overhead Doors, and the Copperas Cove location's soonest available was a 2 day wait but the Lake Road loccation in Belton had openings that day for an hour or 2 hours later.😳😃👍🏼
I took the 1 hour later slot.🛻💨
Got there 3 minutes late.🙄

en route to Dr. Sanchez's cubicle.
Temp., blood pressure ✔️. 👍🏼

She WAS. Usually an extended wait whereEVER I go.
I explained "3rd time the 🌿 got me. 1st time VERY bad. Dr. gave me Prednlsone shot on the spot + prescription for oral regimen to follow up with. Outstanding results."
I told same thing to the 2nd & 3rd Drs.
They both opted fo JUST oral regimen. Worked bu Took 3 days until significant difference.😐
Dr. Sanchez responded to my sory with "We can do that." 😃
Got my shot and prescription and o my way. Less than an hour.
Fast, Friendly, Professional.
My NEW 'Go to' clinic.
I'll make the 20 minute extra travel time, Gladly.😎👍🏼
