Today I met to get my sleep machine. It was a wonderful experience! I truly wish every health care place was as amazing life would be delightful. They checked me in offered me coffee or water. They were on time and the lady I met with was fantastic! She explained everything in normal words and get detail gave me a lot of advice and made sure I understood everything! It was a wonderful appointment! I highly recommend!

Great experience. Glad I used Bayside home medical in Appleton for my home equipment. Crystal did an awesome job with fitting and explaining how to care for my new equipment. I never felt rushed by her and she took ever effort to answer my questions. I know she really cares about her clients by her attention to details and honesty to me.

It took a month to finally get an appointment after they received my info. On the way to my appointment I received a text that they needed to reschedule. I live 45 miles away. As a responsible driver I didn't read the text while I was driving. I did when I arrived there. I went inside. No explanation as to the cancelation. No apology. I guess it just sucks to be me. Apparently all the bad reviews are correct. BTW. When I walked inside it appeared to be a not so clean environment. Stay away from this low budget establishment.

Great experience! Crystal was extremely helpful and thorough. Getting set up with a CPAP machine is a new experience, getting properly setup is an important step for good results.

I really had a wonderful experience at Bayside Home Medical. They are very accommodating and everyone is super nice. I had the pleasure of working with Crystal , she was very knowledgeable, and I felt she really cared for my well being. I will definitely be back.

Per the contract insurance is to pay " confirmed by my insurance"
They still are trying to double bill. Me and my insurance.
Very Shifty company I would do your research and go somewhere else. They're all a bunch of Crooks.
