I was very disappointed in the service and the ability of the staff. After a visit to the Urgent Care and being sent a hospital 45 minutes away for further evaluation, I was informed that they have no idea what the issue is and that they cannot help me. The only thing I was told was that they ruled out one major potential issue. I have no more useful information than I had when I arrived there 6 hours earlier. Not Helpful!

I went there recently. Talking to the girl at the front, my mom gave her number instead of mine. I was feeling out of it and sick so it's pretty understandable why. Got called just after running to the bathroom to throw up so never heard them call me so had to wait longer. Once in the room with the nurse/doctor, I said several times that I have a history of asthma, discussed and told I would be getting an inhaler to help, while getting two other scripts. After leaving the urgent care would keep calling my mom for me but wouldn't tell her anything. My mom went to the pharmacy for me to grab my scripts and only two were there for me, with no inhaler... Fast forward a day or two, and the nurse calls my mom to tell her I don't have pneumonia or COVID, that's it. A day or two later the nurse was still calling my mom even though she switched her number out of their system for my number but would still call her. Even when I felt like absolute crap, I tried calling back several times and even left a couple messages to call me back. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone, I was finally told that I had flu A but only after I asked why I wasn't being called back. The nurse told me that they have so many patients a day.. well I was one of them so maybe you should not have an attitude when things are not being updated. She almost hung up on me when I asked her about by only two scripts were but into my local pharmacy when I was told I was getting an inhaler as well. She reminded me of the two scripts written down and said she would talk to the doctor and get back to me..I never heard back but I might highly never go to this location ever again. I really do have a history of asthma and I'm still wheezing because of all the dry air. Inhalers should not be this hard to get!

I’ve gone to this location three times now in the past year and every time it’s been fast and smooth. At other urgent cares I usually have 1-2 hour waits but here the team is excellent and works together to get you quickly diagnosed, treated and sent home to recover. Everyone is so kind and listens to all symptoms and concerns so they can order the right testing to treat you. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to be seen for anything that doesn’t require going to the emergency department.

The worst urgent care I have went to. I called the number on file and the receptionist told me there was walk-ins available. I arrived their not even 15 minutes after placing the call and she takes these two white ladies and when I told her that I was doing a walk-in she has the audacity to tell me that there was no walk-ins available. She tells me that they close at 7 and that they were all booked for the day. Mind you I arrived there at 5:45 PM. The waiting room only had those two white ladies. Totally racist and unprofessional. I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.

Went there at 1:20pm and there was 1 car in the parking lot, they told me they were full. There was nobody in the waiting room and they closed at 4pm.

This Urgent Care was by far the best that I have ever been to. Beginning with the initial call to inquire what the wait time was the staff was professional and showed concern and compassion. Their process to enter the facility is well thought out, and done in a timely manner. The treatment I received once I was seen was excellent. The medical assistants did a great job and were so nice. The doctor was excellent as well. He took the time to listen and to explain. I never felt rushed and they were busy! I will recommend them over any other Urgent Care, and never go to any other again.

Honestly can't speak to the care they give, however I was in for an x-ray, and had to share a waiting room with people with literal plague. Possibly immunocompromised people waiting with the urgent care sick people who are hacking, coughing, covid, etc. It is such a bad idea to have a shared waiting room for radiology, lab work and very sick urgent care folks. Please find a way to protect your patients!

I would like to thank the staff at the Longmeadow urgent care for their professionalism in taking care of me from the time I walked in the door and was greeted till the time I was walked out with dignity The staff was fantastic I saw Jim Wheeler For a physician's assistant and he made sure that I had the proper care before I left absolutely an amazing guy with a great personality someone who really cares about a patient I strongly would recommend going here the place is clean the people are friendly and you are treated with respect
