My hygienist is the best! She is personable and does a great job!! As soon as I arrived, I was checked in and called in within mins. All cost associated to visit and future procedures were discussed. Very easy checkout. Overall great experience.

My experience was great, no need to contact me . I actually had fun ! Dr, Milite was gentle and calming. From my past experience from other dental practices I think he is awesome. Every other staff member were kind and fun! Loved it!

Shabby office. Nice dentist, technician… Except incompetent office staff. Originally scheduled a cleaning. They gave me every xray and took pictures too. Only to tell me that they had NOT scheduled my cleaning. But they could see me on New Years Eve at 9:00 am. I got there exactly at 9 ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT MY Appointment HAD BEEN Cancelled. I said the main reason I came to their practice was to GET A CLEANING. I will NEVER go back to their office again. They told me to take a seat while they fetched their office manager. I called my old dentist’s office, and was thankfully able to get in to see them. Today. At 12:30 pm.
I can’t wait to get the bill from Baystate Dental for my unnecessary X-rays. I will tell them to send them to my current dentist, and then I will pay them. YOU CAN’T make this stuff up !!!
