After many years of being a patient with BOGG, and 3 pregnancies in the last 3 years, I think it’s time to move on. I’ve always seen the midwives, but it seems like they have very few left and it’s next to impossible to get an appointment with them in Longmeadow. Customer service in the Longmeadow office has gone so far down hill. When I ask about midwife availability they office staff immediately gets frustrated with me. I’m 32 weeks pregnant, and have had doctors for my last few visits because midwives were not available. When booking my next appointment I was told that because I’ve seen the doctors recently, that’s who would be delivering my baby. I’ve never wanted to see the doctors, but that’s the only option that’s been presented to me. The receptionist was so rude and frustrating. I did not experience this at all with my last 2 pregnancies, and up until this one I’ve had good experiences here, but the office seems so different than it used to be.

I have had the best experience being a patient at Baystate OB/GYN Longmeadow. The office is new, clean and easy to get to, the front office staff is helpful and kind, and the doctors and midwives are incredible. I’m 29 and only go for routine annual checkups, but every time I’ve gone, the doctors have made me feel as though we’re old friends who can talk about anything. Highly recommend Dr. Otmaskin and Kelly Ostrowski!

I have nothing but great things to say about BOGG. Clean office, very friendly front desk staff, and Dr. Otmaskin is the absolute best!! She is super knowledgeable, kind, and makes sure you are comfortable. Could not ask for a better OBGYN provider.

The doctor didn’t explain the procedure I had and the whole thing felt violating and traumatic. I sobbed hysterically as soon as I got to the car. Make sure you really advocate for yourself and get explanations of everything that happens. The receptionists were super kind tho and the place was clean.

I use Dr.Jennifer hallowell. She is so kind Great sense of humor awesome bedside manner and I would recommend her to anybody! Oh and she's extremely intelligent!
