AVOID. I am filing a complaint with the state for this office. Heather Doe thinks she is the gatekeeper against patients getting care. It's appalling this office is allowed to operate given how little they care about patients. Chronic illness isn't treated, medications are mishandled, and no one in this office cares or has the same answer to a question. And then if you complain or address it, they tell you to find another provider. They should be ashamed of themselves. Blood on their hands. Telling patients they will not provide care because they are incapable of doing their jobs is a lawsuit waiting to happen. (FYI, one of us was hospitalized and they have done nothing to help with care.)

Re: automated reply - We have contacted your "Patient Relations" team countless times. You cannot even be bothered to reply. We have recently notified the CEO, Peter Banko.

Probably one of the worst doctor's office in the country. In my 6 years here I seen: doctors fail to fill my prescription before I completely ran out way too often, almost lost access to my medication because a urine sample I gave was used for the wrong test (I had to go back and give another sample - yes I was billed for both tests), lab work I was ordered did not have my correct credentials, and blatant disrespect with doctors not taking concerns seriously and one even laughed when I asked if we could actually look into what was causing my symptoms instead of just accepting them. I will be going to another practice and I recommend any one looking for a new PCP stay as far away from this office or any other office in the Baystate network as you can.

Negative experience!! Don't recommend. I've been with them for 3 or 4 years after my Primary Care doctor of 36 years passed away. I've never seen a doctor, just the APN. I've been made to feel like a criminal for refilling the same meds I've been on for over 30 years. I have to pay for drug screening as it is not covered by insurance. Gee, its always negative. Imagine that. They switched the lab they use, and the wrong screening test was run. I had to take time off from work, and drive back to the office for another urine sample and pay for another screening - also negative. I needed a vacation fill for an overseas trip, and they put me through the wringer, then refused to call it in until the day before I flew out. And, the pharmacy has been out of stock in the past. I had to change my plans just to fit in getting the Rx pre-flight, assuming it was in stock. I asked "what if it is not in stock?" They told me "you will need to call around to other pharmacies and let us know who has it." Right before my flight. Nice.

I have never had a single issue in all my years elsewhere and was able to receive my meds via the mail order pharmacy that provides my coverage. Not here. They won't allow mail order, and will only fill 28 days at a time. The insurance wants me to do my usual 90 day fill via mail order like before.

They are watching my blood sugar, so ordered an A1C off-cycle. When I came in for my physical, they ordered bloodwork. When I got home, I noticed there was no A1C ordered, so I called them. They said they forgot it and I had to take more time off from work, drive back and pick it up as they don't work electronically with Quest Labs - a national lab. Enough already. I will look elsewhere.

Nice new facility- Been a patient for many many years. Laurette the Nurse Practitioner is awesome! Not sure why overall rating is only 3 stars? I’ve never had a problem with this group even when they were in Springfield as the old Western MA Medical. 5 stars!!

Called with two very basic questions. 1: are you accepting new patients? 2: do you accept my insurance?

Got transferred to 4 different people and was ultimately told to look on their website, which doesn't answer either question. Can't imagine how much of a nightmare it is to actually receive care here and try to get follow-up on medical issues.

Awesome place, very clean and new. Waiting room is large and very luxurious. A pleasure to go there! I feel very safe having to go in to the office in person. Everything is spread out and done correctly.

Had a great experience with Dr. Gabriel for my first visit. She’s very friendly and listens to what you have to say. However this place needs to re-think on who they hire as their customer service/receptionist people because I was charged a co-pay when checking in when I wasn’t suppose to be. Someone there needs to learn how to do her job correctly amongst other things! I wish I had got her name!
