Been here since 9pm . Canme here for stomach and pelvic pain. Everything was fine until I asked them for something to eat. I’ve been asking them ever since 12 am it’s now 6:31am. I ring the bell and Jennifer came to assist me. She was VERY rude to me. When they wanted to do a pelvic exam , the doctor woke me up , I asked her to give me 5 minutes. When the doctor told her what I said she instantly became loud and caught an attitude and said “five minutes ? For what ?” She thought I was asleep but I was not and I answered her “because I’m trying to wake up” like why would you want strangers instantly touching your vagina when you are half asleep? Then I ranged the bell and she came, I voiced my concern and told her I’ve been waiting for food since 12 am and NOBODY has yet to give me any since I couldn’t just grab the food in my car. Instantly and nagar to catch an attitude. I asked for another nurse. The lady with the dark purple hair came in . I voiced my concerns and instantly she says “well that’s not me”. Like yo I cannot. Everybody that was here after me BEEN discharged . Some of these nurses are rude. Jennifer with the no love life is the one with h to e glasses

This place is horrible and very prejudice. I went to be seen and the waiting room was surprisingly empty. I checked in with a high fever and sepsis symptoms. I was told to have a seat triage would call me in soon. Mind you, no one was in the waiting room!!! Two Caucasian walked in 26 minutes after me, and guess who went straight to the back? They actually had rooms when they went in the back, and I was left to sit in the hallway and wait 45 minutes to see a nurse. The hospital was surprisingly empty so I’m not sure what the hold up was. Not to mention their rude nurses who you can clearly tell hate their jobs. Christina, Katy and Cheyenne were very disrespectful and offensive during my admission here. Never again!!!

First time going to the emergency ward. We were told got there at a good time 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon. The wait should be about 2-3 hours vs the normal 7 hours to see a doctor. 🫡 We were out of there in 4 hours including X-ray. I know they have examination rooms but apparently don't use them. I guess. We were put in a little waiting room with other people. I thought we would be moved to a room or at least to a section off curtain area. But everything was done right there in the little waiting room with everyone looking and listening. So everyone in the room knew why we were there. No privacy everyone heard our business. A patient started a conversation because he knew why we were there. He had the same problem. The wait wasn't too bad for an emergency room visit but no privacy from the front desk talking too loud in the lobby to behind the big doors to the little waiting room to see the doctor. I would go again but now know nothing is private.

Absolutely disappointing. I was rushed to the hospital yesterday afternoon due to vomiting a lot and feeling lightheaded. Arrived via ambulance and never saw a doctor; briefly in the waiting room and then went to triage and then I was put back in the waiting room where I waited nearly TWO HOURS. One of the staff wouldn't even give me water when I asked for it because I was vomiting. Yet when I was home later, drinking water is what stopped it. I vomited when I wasn't drinking anything and even puked a lot when I got home. Thank God I didn't faint or someone worse off than me didn't have a situation where they could have died while WAITING TO BE SEEN.

Also, when my mom told the staff they were taking me to another hospital, all they said to her was "Hope you feel better." In terms of me. Absolutely did NOTHING to try and make it better or apologize!

I understand that healthcare is overwhelmed and stressed and doing as much as able, but this goes beyond that. This was absolute negligence and lack of compassion and care.

To anyone who responds to this, do not give me the generic Patience Experience Team response because I made it VERY CLEAR what happened. No one should ever have to go through what I did yesterday. Also, the person who denied me water should be retrained.

Do better.

After a rough go at Baystate in Springfield, we decided to take the trip to Wing hoping for a better experience. The doctor and nurse that helped me were thorough, pleasant and mindful of our time while making sure I got the care I needed. Highly recommend!

Been here from 9pm it’s now 3 am. No one here has any get up and go. Very laid back and are in no hurry to anything. In a lot of pain and had to ask multiple times just for some Motrin. They still have no idea when I will be going to be admitted. Please will someone wake the doctor up to take care of us. 😡😡

I came in with adema in my legs, shortness of breath. The doctors and nurses were incredibly gentle, compassionate, and thorough in the treatment plan! My mom and Dad came to visit me (Mom was a private duty nurse for 40+ years and this is the first time that she has been to this place). They where impressed with the level of care and cleanliness. They appreciated the valet parking, as they aren't as mobile as they used to be. Mom said that this will be the next place they will come to, if they need medical attention. Kudos to all here in all departments (I visited quite a few) All top notch. Thanks and I'll be back if needed! BTW... the food was fantastic 👏
