Derek is amazing! Very thoughtful, informative, and let me vent. Appreciated the extra time he gave me and quick followup appt he setup for us to discuss more of my concerns. I have been with this clinic for a few years now and they are my favorite! When I moved back to Prescott I didn't think it was going to be that big of a deal to have a new doctor's office but quickly changed back. Most of the time I can do telemed appointments but I literally drive down to Phoenix just for them, they're that good! I've seen providers Tonya and Micaela and both are excellent! Definitely recommend!

The entire office was inviting & comforting. Dr. Griffin provided me with the best experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. She listened and addressed every single concern I came in with, going above & beyond to provide me with answers and reassurance. I am definitely a permanent patient now.

I chose this practice because it seemed like it was mostly women and because it mentioned a person-first philosophy of care. I got assigned a man who fat-shamed me, ignored my actual problems (carefully listed on the intake paperwork), and railroaded me into letting him prescribe me medications I strongly objected to. I'm giving 3 stars because everybody else at the clinic with whom I interacted was wonderful, kind, and funny, and they're willing to swap me to a different provider within the practice, so I never have to see this guy again.
