Dr. Rastegar is the rudest doctor I have ever had the misfortune of entrusting with my care. I found her to be insulting and shaming several times throughout our one-hour appointment. I will never go back. I'm writing this review to hopefully prevent others from having a similarly awful experience with a doctor who treats people so poorly.

Shiva has been comprehensive and amazing to work with. From blood panels, to sleep studies, to just the general way she questions things in my life no other doctor has thought or potentially cared to ask me. Shiva aims to pinpoint any and every source of unhealthy habits or bodily functions in her patients. I would recommend Shiva to any person looking for a doctor who will show genuine care and concern for her patients overall and intricate well-being

Having to change my PCP due to insurance changes, I was extremely pleased with my initial visit with Dr. Rastegar. She is very thorough about getting to know her patients individually. She was very welcoming and professional, gathering as much information about my medical history as possible, asking many questions and explaining things I didn't fully understand. She made some suggestions based upon the information I gave her and formed a clear plan of care moving forward. She spent much time with me and I never felt rushed for the next appointment. She had allotted a generous amount of time for our meeting. I am very confident that Dr. Rastegar will provide me the best care possible.

Not only does Dr Rastegar listen more importantly she hears, she spent so much time with me and worked out a plan on the first visit.She asked questions that my previous Dr. didn't and has ordered some blood work that probably should have been done years ago.
She addressed all my issues and there are many, I haven't felt this positive about a Dr. In a very long time and looking forward to seeing her again and confident I can get quality of life back that I have been searching for!
Saw her again on 12/12/23 and went over things that need to be done and how much better I have been since the last visit, everything she suggested had worked better than my expectations and I have lost weight, my blood pressure has been great and I feel so much better, I have finally found a doctor that really cares and I walk out of her office with my head high knowing I am being taken care of and If I have any concerns that she will address them, couldn't be happier.

Dr. Rastegar is my favorite PCP so far. I've always wanted a DO but have only had MDs before, and her philosophies, advice, and recommendations are all in line with my own philosophies and desires about my own health and body. She's very generous with her time and incredibly easy to talk to and all of her recommendations have been the right ones for me so far.

I'm pleased with Be Well Medical. I actually have an appointment with Dr. Rastegar and not a PA or NP substitute. Not to disparage their skills but sometimes you just expect to have your appointment with the actual doctor. Dr. Rastegar is easy to speak with and is very thorough. I highly recommend this practice.
