Dr. Hromadka is incredible!! She is very intelligent, open to working alongside my holistic providers, and has great bedside manner. She is the best! However, even if it is an emergency for you to see someone and she doesn't have any openings, do not compromise and see Dr. Ersing. He is horrible, unkind, doesn't listen, and ordered bloodwork that we had done the week before but he had forgotten about, which resulted in my insurance refusing the cover it and I got stuck with the entire bill.

Love Dr. Ersing. Been with him over 20 years, he has been my kids doctor since birth. He is an amazing family care Doctor. Wouldn't want anyone else!

I was a patient here for many years. Then, I had a lapse of 5 years of no Dr. visits. Busy times, no illness. Covid for + a year and a half of that time. Now that I’m fully vaccinated I made an appointment for a physical. Showed up today for that appointment and was told it had been canceled. What Said they had called me. (I got no message. Wrong #?) Then I was told because I hadn’t been there for so long I was now considered a “new patient” and could be put on a waiting list. “Ok, how long?”
“Could be a year.” “I’ll find a new Doctor, thanks.”
This is healthcare in America. If you’re not adding to the bottom line, you’re a nobody. Taking my business elsewhere.
